Ell's pov.

He put his hand were my heart should be and, on my head. he started chanting something though I couldn't make out what he was saying. After a moment he pulled back.

Johns pov.

I don't get it her memories are still there, faint and fuzzy but she should still be able to remember. What was most strange was there was a message in her head. it was directed to me from the god mother in the forest. I can't believe she would do this to my innocent Ell. how dare that witch take her memories of her one happiness away from her. though I can't go to that witch, I can still break the curse she put on Ell.

"Did you find anything?" I was pulled out of my thoughts by her sweet voice.

"No. maybe I took you for someone else I met a long time ago. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to frighten you. it's just she was my first love." I couldn't tell her that her memories were being hidden she would think I was crazy. besides that the curse prevents me from doing so, she would forget it if I told her by daylight.
"It's ok your majesty. may I ask about her? also how could I possibly remind you of her, I am but a servant." I smiled at her.
"Dear Ell. It's is your beauty you hold, the way you light up a room when I saw that small smile, the way you act. just like her. she was not a princess but I worshipped her like one, I feel you should be worshipped as well. she was my servant, just like you." she doesn't know that I'm actually talking about her, though she seems like she's day dreaming to be who I described.
"May I ask what happened to her? you don't have to your majesty if it is still a sensitive subject."

"No don't worry Ell. She was taken from me. people did not want us to be together."
"that's so sad."
"Not really. I know she's close and that one day we will be together. away from the hate that was put towards our love." Ell smiled.
"I don't think I have ever heard something more romantic." I smirked if only she remember.



"ELLLL!!!!!!! WHERE ARE YOU!!!!!!!!COME HERE NOW!!!!!!" I heard Merna yell from the hallways. I turned to Ell, she looked very frightened.
It's ok. just go along with it." I told her and she nodded. I grabbed her by the arm, not too tightly to leave marks but enough to look like it will.
"Alright come on slave." I winked at her and she understood.
"Please sir it won't happen again I promise." Merna walked right around the corner.
"What's going on your majesty?"
"Nothing just about to teach this slave a lesson for being so clumsy. of course if that's alright with you?" I looked toward Merna, she had a smirk on her face, and seemed satisfied.
"Your the prince you may do whatever you wants with my slaves. she is worthless any ways." I had to hold in a growl. how dare she say that, she and her pathetic daughters are the worthless ones.
"Thank you. if you will excuse me, I have a punishment to give." Merna nodded. I looked toward Ell, she was shaking in fear, but I could tell that in her eyes she was enjoying this. also probably knew I wouldn't hurt her.

After Merna left I let go of Ells arm.
"Are you alright? I didn't hurt you did I?" Ell giggled a little.
"Don't worry your majesty, you had the grip of a feather." I laughed, she always had ways to entertain me.
"As fun as this has been I must get back to my duties I our majesty." I nodded, my mother was probably getting suspicious.
"Yes sadly you probably should. make sure you add a little limp to your step so Merna thinks I actually punished you." she smiled and nodded.
"Yes sir........thank you for your help........no ones ever helped me before. it's a nice change........goodbye."

As she turned and walked away it took all my will power to not kiss those perfect lips. the effects she has on me.

Ells pov.

He is probably the nicest man I have ever met. he made me feel special in some way. the way he described his lover is how I wished I could be. I just want someone to care about me.........someone like.........John.
