1. Do some taggings.
In your story, there is the "Edit story" then add some tags, so people could easily find your story.
2. Do some dedication.
Isn't it nice, when people dedicates a chapter for you? Just don't do the dedicating though, leave some kind and genuine words too, that would be really cool of you. And who knows? May pique their interest.
For me, I always do this to gain more loyal readers, and it's my way of thanking them too.
3. Always leave like some questions, in the last part of your chapter, it would entice them to answer it. Like for example,
"So why did you think Raven felt that way? Do you agree with her?
And what are your theories for Gabriel's true identity?"
something like that, this would be a good interaction between the readers and the authors.
Also never forget to thank your followers, without them, we would still be nothing.
