1. Start with a dark blue for the base that's completely opaque
2. Go over the dark blue with black, with the opacity at 40% or lower (so you can see the blue through it)
3. Use the airbrush setting to create small white dots to represent stars, and make some
brighter and some dimmer to give depth. OPTIONAL: add yellow or orange stars, but not too bright4. (This whole step is optional) go back over your print with the black again to dim down some stars, or go over with white to make it brighter
Brushes used: a regular opaque "pen" in dark blue, and an airbrush with low opacity settings in black, white, yellow, and orange
Most drawing apps SHOULD have an airbrush setting, but if not, just turn down the opacity of the regular "pen" to make the black more transparent
