"Thank you again for this," Katrina murmured feeling embarrassed that she'd had to ask to stay with him, they had barely been together for two weeks and already she was moving into his home.

She was already counting down the days before she could move back into her own apartment, the last thing that Katrina wanted was to get in Mesut's way; she was sure that her apartment would be fixed soon.

"It's no problem," Mesut replied knowing that it was the least that he could do, he was furious that his father had told the press and he doubted it would be going away anytime soon.

It was going to take some getting used to but Mesut was glad to have someone in this big house with him; he had lived here since he had moved to London and it made it even better that he would get to share his home with his soul-mate.

Katrina sighed packing up the last of her things, she didn't want to be getting under anyone's feet and she doubted her parents would be calming down anytime soon; her father had barely said two words to her after this had all come out.

Watching his girlfriend closely, Mesut chewed on his lip wishing that there was something that he could do; the media weren't backing down since they found out yesterday that Katrina was his soul-mate.

"You should teach me Greek," Mesut suggested with a small smile, he wanted to take her mind off what was happening and he was sure if he could speak a little of her language it would make things easier between him and her family.

"Only if you teach me German," Katrina countered with a smile, she turned to look at Mesut knowing that it wasn't going to be easy; there was no way that he could be as bad as Ian was at it.

Mesut moved to help Katrina with her things, he wanted nothing more than to make things easy for them and he had no idea what was going to happen next.

"Mesut," Katrina whispered staring into the bedroom that he had given to her, it was a lot bigger than her one back at her parents' house and she was almost worried he was giving her, his bedroom.

It felt strange to be here and she knew it wasn't a permanent thing; Katrina would find a way to thank Mesut for what he was doing for her, she just wasn't sure how yet.

Setting Katrina's suitcase down, Mesut peeked at his girlfriend with a smile knowing that she would be more than comfortable here; he just wanted her to be happy while she was here.

"Do you like it?" Mesut asked nervously, he wanted her to feel at home here and he was sure that things would be fine with her staying; he felt bad that the paparazzi had caused her so much grief.

The fact that Kostas had given Katrina time off didn't help, she had nothing to do and being stuck around the house wasn't going to help her in anyway; Mesut was sure that it wasn't going to be long before she returned to work.

"I love it, thank you," Katrina murmured wrapping her arms around Mesut, she honestly didn't know how she would have coped with all of this without his support.

It had been almost impossible for her to leave her home since everyone had found out yesterday and Katrina knew that her family were struggling with the amount of media attention focused on them all.

Mesut held her close for a moment, a smile forming on his face knowing that it was the least that he could do after everything that had transpired.

It was strange to think that barely a month ago, he was waiting for his counter to count down to the moment where he met her; Mesut couldn't have been happier that he had someone like Katrina.

"You don't have to cook for me," Mesut insisted wrapping his arms around Katrina, he had to admit that he enjoyed the fact that she was here with him; he liked to cuddle her and he knew that it was a good sign for them.

Katrina rolled her eyes, she wanted to make dinner since he had welcomed her into his home without a second thought; it was still quite new for them all of this.

The last thing that Katrina wanted was to put too much pressure on their relationship, they might have been soul-mates but they were still getting to know one another.

Opening her mouth to say something, Katrina felt something tug on the bottom of her jeans and she could help but look down confused at the sight of the two pugs that were there.

"You have two dogs," Katrina murmured a little surprised, she hadn't been expecting to see the two and she was sure there were other things that she had yet to learn about Mesut.

They were still getting to know one another and Katrina couldn't help but hope that her being here with him wasn't going to cause them any problems.

"Balboa and Capone," Mesut said with a fond smile, he adored the two dogs that had kept him company since he had left Germany behind; they had been with him in Madrid and were welcome companions here in London.

Katrina slowly nodded her head, she'd never really had a pet other than a gold-fish; she'd always wanted a puppy but never really had one.

Her parents had never really wanted anything that could make a mess of the house and even when she had moved into her own place she'd never really had time to have a pet.

"They won't be too much trouble," Mesut reassured knowing that they were pretty well trained and had never given him any grief when he was away a lot.

Katrina didn't say a word, she was sure that he was right and it was going to take her some time to adjust to the two pets; she was going to be home alone a lot with them and had no idea what to do about that.

Mesut ducked down and whispered softly in German to the two dogs making Katrina stare at him, she felt a little unsure about this and she hoped that things would be okay.

The two pugs wagged their tails excitedly while Mesut stroked them, they hadn't really seen much of him recently; he wanted nothing more than to enjoy this time at home before he had to go to training.

"Is this okay?" Mesut asked knowing that it was a big surprise, he loved his pets and they weren't likely to give Katrina much trouble while he wasn't home.

Katrina made a small noise in the back of her throat, she had no idea how to react and she felt a little awkward; she chewed on her lip not sure quite what to do when it came to animals.

"Of course," Katrina replied making Mesut chuckle, he gently took Katrina's hand and let the dogs sniff it; carefully tugging Katrina close, he wanted her to feel comfortable her.

Katrina squeaked in surprise when the dogs started to lick her hand, she wasn't entirely sure what to make of the two balls of energy that were wagging their tails at her feet.

It had never been something that Katrina had dealt with before and she didn't know what was going to happen now; she peeked at Mesut who had a big smile on his face.

Katrina had a feeling that she could get used to this and she wanted nothing more than to have things get easier for them instead of how they had been going recently; she hoped that the media presence would die down soon.
