Tal was still quivering from silent rage at what Alpha had done even as she stood in her mental sanctuary, overlooking the lake and more. She looked skyward and watched as her soul quivered from the seething rage, closing her eyes Tal counted backwards from ten to sooth the firey and burning feeling, but that did not work. She left her Sanctuary for the real world and had Xypherius take her to Sanctuary. He left her to run the rage off, but as she ran through the forests her snarls could be heard by anyone paying attention. Tal reached the cliffs where the earth met the ocean and howled out her rage; she bared her fangs after her howl finished and the snarls continued.
She wanted to tear something apart, to dig her fangs into the flesh of a creature that would dare to get in her way; luckily for her, that wish came true as a rather large bear came and rushed her. She had not expected the attack and was taken by surprise but recovered quickly as her stance became that of her dream when she had faced Diablo. Her tail was straight up in the air, her forehead and muzzle wrinkled as snarls escaped her jaws, her legs were spread apart as she slid across the ground to a stop and her clawed toes upon her paws where spread apart as she stood with ears forward. Snarls continued to echo from her chest as the bear roared in her direction and her hackles rose in response.
Her jaws came apart to intensify the sound of her snarls. This was no ordinary bear however and she could not only smell it but she also felt the disease coming from it. This bear had rabies, and if she wasn't careful she too would have the disease within her bloodstream. She hated the idea of endangering anyone with such a disease. Her side bled as the claw marks gushed out blood slowly. The wound would take time to heal and she was glad that only the claws had struck her. She closed her eyes as the pain spread from her side to the rest of her body but the snarls kept coming, even as she felt herself grow weaker she kept the snarls going as best as she could as the bear slashed down again. This time a yelp came from her as the claws raked against her face and muzzle. She managed to stay standing even though the pain was intense. Unsure of how much longer she could stand she prayed that something would happen soon; Once more the claws came down upon her but this time she was sent flying into a tree. She barely had time to see the bear rushing her and someone interrupting it as her world went black.

Voices reached her before her sight came back. She slowly opened her eyes to see that she was lying on the marbled floors of the Heavens in the Garden of Hope. Xypherius was standing over her arguing with someone but who it was eluded her until another voice pointed out that she was slowly waking. "Talarine!" His voice reached her ears as she turned to her stomach and attempted to stand. "Talarine, please don't try to stand up. The salve has closed your wounds except upon your face as we are unsure what it will do to your sight and don't want to risk it." He pleded with her to no avail.
Tal managed to stand up but found someone aiding in holding her up that was not Xypherius. She looked to see Izarius holding her up and wondered why, but her energy was completely sapped from her body and she welcomed the aid. She tried to hold as much of her own weight as possible but found herself leaning into the Archangel for support. She found herself slowly slipping again and Izarius helped her to lay down. Her legs where unable to support her weight at this time and her head felt heavy and clouded, so anyone who spoke was muffled as she lay her head down again. She felt her world darkening as Izarius spoke with Xypherius who went straight back to arguing with the Archangel. "Give her a few days rest and we will test your theory, Izarius. Depending on how she reacts that will tell us if you are correct in coming to us for aid."
"I will seek you both out in two days. Anaurael will be less then pleased about what happened to Talarine but I will wait until those two days are up to see." With Izarius' last words Tal blackout. Letting the comfort of sleep take over once more.
