Tal opened her eyes. Daren had fallen asleep in the saddle and she had started to doze but she called for Xypherius who promised to watch over them as they slept. Daren woke up just as Tal fell into a deep sleep and upon seeing the powerful angel they began to talk. His idea was presented and Xypherius nodded in promise to present it to the council. "Though I am sure both would argue against it." Xypherius thought. "How long had she known Cain and Leah?"

"Cain, she had know since she was nothing but a pup herself, but Leah and Tal were inseperable when together. Leah and Tal met sometime after Cain had began to raise Leah as his own. We knew that they would be the closest of friends and we were proven correct. Tal cared deeply for Leah and Cain so it hurt her when they died within a few weeks of each other."

"Thats when the wall was put up?"

"Yes." Daren nodded, "She refuses to let anyone see it but those are wounds that will never heal. No matter how hard anyone tries. She used to call Cain, Pops and Leah was Le." Daren looked to the sleepig woman. "I don't like seeing her hurting but wounds that deep never truly heal." Tal slept peacefully in Xypherius' arms as they rose the horses. Angels prefered to fly but they could ride horses too and this stallion was grateful for the aid of the angel to keep Tal in the saddle. Daren and Xypherius spoke until she woke up and then Xypherius left as they finally reached Kingsport. Tal threw up her hood to block the sun from her eyes and Daren squinted until they reached the market district where they where swift to gather her supplies and leave. They would be back to the town within a day if they were lucky. Tal had also payed a ship's captain to bring her supplies every month and so had invested herself into the ships legacy. The captian was quick to show her this months supplies and she had bought everything she could. He wanted to start paying her for investing into the ship but she had not wanted anything from him but supplies. "This will be payment enough." The captain had finally named his ship and allowed her to have the Honors of naming his ship. "The Dancing Wolf" was soon to become the most famous ship in all of Kingsport as the month went by. Tal rode in slience with Daren both eager to get home and away from the city. The Silver City was a different story and Tal was eager to see it again for reasons unknown to her. When they reached the town both could breath easy and Daren happened to be stopped by an Angelic female unbound to anyone. She had asked him if he knew where Tal was and ended up becoming Imprinted with him. Tal was amazed, Daren had been Imprinted once before but this was unheard of to Imprint once more. Xypherius was coming to get her for the council when she told him. "I will be in wolf form for this meeting. Something is telling me that I am not going to fully enjoy this one." Xypherius looked away and Tal became suspisious quickly.

Tal told Treian to act as leader while she was in this meeting and shivered as they walked along the path to the chamber. She stopped for a moment to think and Xypherius stood next to her. "Is something bothering you?" He asked as she stared off into the distance.

I am dreading seeing Anaurael again. I saw her nightmare when she last slept and I can't seem to escape the thought of it. No matter how hard I try. Tal told him as he looked to her. Her gaze lingered upon the Diamond Gates. It was rumored that beyond those gates rested Pandemonium but she doubted that her ears flicked as a breeze moved through her fur like a gentle caress. Her mouth opened slightly as another set of eyes fell upon her and she turned to see that no one else other than Xypherius was with her and watching her.

"Talarine?"

Nothing just thought I sensed something. But the feeling refused to leave her. Lets go. Shouldn't keep them waiting.
