Extra #3:

Cayden’s Pov after Graduation scene:

Once I stalked off outside I saw the boys waiting for me by the bus. Taylor walked over to me and placed a hand on my shoulder, "I'm sorry man, about Gabriella, and I don't know what to say."

"Its fine man, It’s done and over with."

"Ok go take some time to gather your thoughts.  We will leave you alone.  See you back at home, be safe,” Taylor walked off nodding to Lucas and Codi.  They followed him into the bus and I was left alone.

Good thing I drove myself. I really didn’t want to ride in the bus with them and have them hound me with pointless questions and fake sympathy.

I decided to take a detour and drive out to the beach before I head home.

I drove the 20 miles to the beach and parked my car.  Walking down to my favorite spot, a little hill of sand that you can sit on and look out across the ocean for miles I sat down and thought about everything.

In a way Gabriella was right, I did miss her but the Gabby I see in my mind when I think about her is the care free little girl that I thought was an angel sent down to me. Maybe I shouldn’t have been such a jerk to her. I can’t help it but it’s who I am now. This is for the best.

There are plenty of girls out there that would love to be with me and would never turn down having a friendship with me.

Hearing giggling and laughing I snapped my head up shaking out my thoughts.  I look over to the left in the distance I see Gabriella and that idiot, Broden… Brandon… Whatever the hell his name is on the beach front.

She turned as if she could sense me and stared over to where I was sitting.  Guilt, pain and a small ounce of regret flashed across her face the minute our eyes connected then almost instantly she gave a small smile and snapped her attention back to whatever his name is throwing her arms around him and he picked her up and spun her around right before he placed his lips on hers.

I tore my eyes away from them and gazed into the sunset.  After a few minutes I stood up and began to slowly walk towards my car, looking back at the happy couple for only a second; before climbing into my car and slamming the door.

From this day on Gabriella Jailyn Smith is no longer going to be in my thoughts or plaque my dreams. I will move on and forget about her. It will be like I never knew her.
