Reunited ~ Before You Exit ~

Chapter 7

~ At Home, Riley's POV ~
I knock on carly's door. No answer, i opened to check if she was asleep but she wasn't in her room. I looked in the backyard, not there. I checked the roof and i see her lying there watching the stars.
"Hey." She turned back to look who it was. 
"Oh hey. What are you doing here?"
"To find you. I want to talk to you." I walked to her and say down beside her. 
"Can you tell me what happened in France? Why you cried in disneyland today?" I asked kindly.
She sighed and lied down on the roof and stared at the stars. 
"I dated this guy named Martin and i trusted him with everything. I loved him. And he cheats on me with a girl named Jessica. We broke up the day we left for Florida. The memories about disneyland came back in my mind. Disneyland was the place we had our first kiss." 
"He's a douche. How can someone break up or cheats on you?! You're one of the most beautiful girl i've met. The best. I'm sorry i brought you to disneyland." She sat up and giggled. Her giggle makes me melt. She's so beautiful under the moonlight i could kiss her. 
"Thanks Riley. And no it's okay i had a great time with you. Thanks for being here when i need you. You are honestly the best" she hugged me thight and didn't let me go. 
~ Carly's POV ~ 
Riley is seriously the best person ever. I love him. I think i actually love love him, whenever he's around i get butterflies. Looking at him under the moonlight was amazing. He looked like an angel. I hugged so thight i didn't let go. 
After a few minutes of silence while hugging each other i let go and looked at his eyes. We looked at each other for a few minutes and he was leaning in but then the rain starts to fall and we ran back inside. I would kiss him right now but i don't want to break our friendship or make it awkward. We said goodnight and went to take a shower and then went to bed.
