Chapter 15

5 months later

Lauren's POV

Everything has been alright in the last five months. Camz and I are still going strong after seven months of being together. Demi and Ally are happily married after the whole Troy thing. Normani and Dinah have had a few more fights but nothing two serious. Shawn and Selena have been fine although he has been acting very weird lately like something is on his mind. Alycia and Eliza are better than ever and Alycia told me she was going to propose soon. The Poseidon and Hera girls are really great friends with us now and whenever we see Austin and Niall we give them death-stares then laugh about it. Devon and Chris talk a lot more and aren't as shy as they used to be. Maria and Ricky are great and I hang out a lot with them, Maria and I have a lot in common.

In the last five months Camz has stayed the night every Friday night for movie night and in the mornings before she wakes up I go down to the kitchen and grab two banana muffins then go back to my room, put the muffins on my table and slip back into bed. Once she wakes up she kisses me to wake me up again and we eat the muffins while watching The 100. Camz and I have been training partners ever since the quest seven months ago and I can say she's gotten a lot better. Her strikes are a lot clearer and her speed and agility is impressive.

Demi has been singing a lot and has asked more than once to have open mic Thursday's where anyone can sing. Chiron is becoming more open to the idea and I think that this week may be the week to when he says yes to the idea. I know I will be one of the first to utilise the open mic because I have something planned for my Camzi. Today both Demi and I are going to Chiron to ask if we can have open mic Thursday nights I just really hope he says yes to the idea and let us do it.

"Chiron can we speak to you?" Demi asks.
"Let me guess Thursday nights open mic?" He asks.
"Yeah can we please do it." I ask and he laughs.
"Your really persistent and have persuaded me to let you do it, but on one condition." Chiron says.
"And what would that be?" Demi asks.
"Instructors can sing as well." He says and we both nod.
"That should be fine thank you so much Chiron. See you tomorrow night." Demi says and we walk back to her cabin.

"So you ready for tomorrow night?" Demi asks me.
"Yeah and no I'm just nervous I should be fine right?" I ask.
"Yeah Lauren you've been dating for seven months." Demi says.
"And what do you think she'll do?" I ask worried.
"Cry hysterically but not like sad tears but really happy tears." Demi says and I nod.
"I've got to practise can you tell Camz I'll see her tomorrow night at open mic?" I ask.
"Yeah sure laursa I'll see you tomorrow night." She says walking up to embrace me and I reciprocate. I start to walk off in the direction to my cabin so I can practise for tomorrow night, gods why and I so nervous.

Camila's POV

"So your telling me I can't see Lauren until tomorrow night at open mic, gods you have been begging for ages for this but why can't I see her until then?" I ask confused.
"Because it's a surprise okay and please just trust me on this Mila I know what she's doing and it's fine she not doing anything stupid." Demi says.
"Fine I'll see her tomorrow night okay, I trust her of course because she's my other half the one I love and honestly if I didn't trust her than that wouldn't be fair on her and that wouldn't be a relationship I would want to be in." I say nodding my head and Demi has a single tear running down her cheek.
"Beautiful Mila." Demi says embracing me. "What do you want to do?" She asks.
"Could we visit my dad's and sister's graves? I haven't talked to them in a very long time." I ask.
"Sure Mila lets go." Demi says and we walk out of my room into the lounge room and tell the others where we are going. We exit the cabin and walk towards the big house but before we reach it we turn right and end up at a grave yard.

We walk into the grave yard that's filled with so many dead. We walk until we reach the Cabello side of the grave yard. I fall to my knees when I see my sister's and father's names on a lone grave stone. Bursting into tears I wish I could talk to them that one last time to say I'm so sorry that I was the one that caused their deaths and how I wish I could just hold them one last time.
"I love you papi and sofi stay safe in your final resting place." I say while shedding tears.
"We love you to mija." I hear and look up to see two ghosts sitting next to me. I make out the faces to be my father and sister.
"Can I touch you?" I ask and Demi looks at me weird I turn back to my father and he nods his head. I touch sofi and I can feel her warm skin again she embraces me. I turn to look at my father again he waves and disappears, yet I still feel the warm skin of sofi. I hear Demi gasp.
"Demi what is it?" I ask.
"Who is that?" She asks and I turn to see sofi, not ghost sofi but that actual sofi in my lap playing with my hair.
"Sofi?" I question.
"Mija." Sofi claps. She must be like seven now.
"Sofi oh my gods your alive, how?" I ask.
"You wished to see us again and well hi." Sofi says and I hold onto her tightly.
"Big house now." Demi says and we run to the big house while I still have sofi in my arms. Demi knocks frantically on the big house door.
Chiron asks "Who is this child?"
"My sister." I say.
"But she's dead." Chiron gasps. "Sofia?" She asks.
"Horsey." Sofi says and Chiron is shocked.
"Go to your cabin with Sofia and let her sleep we will sort this out when I have answers.
"Okay." I say and we walk back to the Aphrodite cabin. Walking into the cabin everyone has shocked faces when they see sofi and all embrace her.
