Nate-

We filled Dandelion in on everything that happened after her... summer camp, I suppose?

She didn't believe it at first, but after her first flashback about an hour ago, she's started to accept the fact that she has partial amnesia.

She couldn't and wouldn't believe that I was her boyfriend, though.

It hurt- a lot.

"So... you're my supposed boyfriend..?" she asked for the 50th time. I glanced at her sadly before nodding.

"Why is it so hard to believe?" I asked, curious.

"Well, uh..."

She started blushing. What..? What did I do?

"Not to boost your ego or anything, but I didn't think that I had a boyfriend as good-looking as you. Just hard to believe, you know?" she mumbled shyly.

Oh, what do you know. Amnesiac Dandelion thinks that I'm hot!

I smirked playfully at her and she glared at me.

"See? your ego's gotten fatter and all!" she protested. I chuckled and she punched me playfully.

Then I wanted to try something.

"Hey, Dandy?" I asked. She glanced over at me questioningly.

"Remember those times when I prepared surprises for you every saturday?"

"Well, technically, I can only remember one of the saturdays, and it still isn't clear seeing as I just got that flashback an hour or so ago." she stated.

I rolled my eyes. Dandelion- as factual as always.

"I know what you're thinking, smartass." she said with a warning tint to her voice.

"Whatever, babe. Point is-"

"Don't call me 'babe'! It's disgusting and ugh and I'm not a baby!" she interrupted. I sighed impatiently. I love her and all, but sometimes she just... ugh!

"Fine! Well, point is that I was thinking-"

"Hello, lovebirds!" Mrs. Johnson suddenly exclaimed, barging into the room.

I facepalmed myself and plopped onto the bed, right next to Dandelion, giving up on ever finishing my sentence.

Dandelion giggled and lightly slapped my lap.

"Quit being so melodramatic! We'll talk later, okay?" she said gently.

I smiled tenderly at her and was just about to get up to peck her lips, but then I remembered that she didn't really 'know' me yet. I sighed instead, and continued laying there.

And you can imagine my surprise when she suddenly leaned down to brush her lips against my own.

Mrs. Johnson cleared her throat awkwardly.

Dandelion blushed and got back up, looking at everywhere but me; or her mother.

I smiled, amused, and wrapped my arms loosely around her.

"Well, I'll come back later, seeing as you two are so caught up with each other." Mrs. Johnson finally said, not wanting to be the third-wheel.

Dandelion blushed some more and slapped my arm playfully.
