~Ryder's POV~

Holy shit. There is no fucking way Tori is Black Mamba, the same Black Mamba that kicked my ass her first day at the Aces. It kind of explains a lot though. It explains why she has been able to kick my ass since she got here and the fact she really resembled Black Mamba. I don't know how I didn't figure this out sooner. I have known her for almost 6 months now. How didn't I put the pieces together. I am such an idiot.

But, she couldn't possibly know that I am a fighter too. I mean she isn't stupid, but if I didn't figure out Black Mamba was her then she wouldn't have figured out that I'm Blaze, right?

While I was battling myself on whether she knew or not, she was staring at me. She was waiting for me to say something.

What should I say? Should I play it off like no big deal? Yeah, I'll do that.

So I raised my eyebrow and said, "Um. Okay?"

"I tell you something like that and you play it off like no big deal? What the fuck is wrong with you?"

What should I say now? God she looks so hot when she is angry. Her facial features are strong, yet have a naturally soft look. She looks like she has Hispanic blood in her.

The only thing to throw you off is her eye color. She has beautiful, bright emerald eyes. They complemented her light caramel skin tone.

And that long dark hair, it looks so soft and shiny. Her hair was pulled back while she worked out. Sweat was still glistening on her skin from the running she had been doing. And she looked like an angel doing it.

She was so graceful with everything she does. God, listen to me. I sound like a lovesick puppy. What has she done to me?

"I, um, I'm B-blaze. You know, from your first night." I said, as I scratched the back of my neck.

"I figured." was all she said.

"You figured?"

"Yeah, I mean. You had the same eyes and hair and build. Plus, he was just as arrogant as you are.... before I kicked his ass." She sounded bored.

"I let you win, babe."

"Bullshit. I can kick your ass any da..." Just as she was about to finish her sentence, there was a ringing noise. It wasn't my phone, it must have been hers.

She walked around me, over to her gym bag that was laying by the punching bags. She pulled out her phone and answered it.

"Yes" She said.

Her face went from bored to shocked to scared all within a 5 second time span. Her eyes lost the fire that burned so brightly before. They were cold and dull. Her face went pale. Something is wrong. Her arm dropped to her side, signaling the end of the call.

"Tori, are you okay? Who was that? What happened?" I walked up to her. She took a step back. She shook her head in despair.

"He found me." was all she said.

At that moment a million questions flew through my mind.

"I have to go." She whispered as she quickly grabbed her things.

As she rushed past me, I grabbed her arm and pulled her into a hug.

"Let me help you, please." I asked.

"I don't want you involved. You will get hurt. I can't let you get hurt because of me."

"I don't care. I want to protect you." I said truthfully.
