Chapter Two

Sorry this hasn't (Or Bajancanadian x Blind!reader) been updated in a while. It's hard to balance three books, along with school, and actual life evenly, so some books are forgotten. but there still here! I made the cover at like 3 am, so it's not the best, but I tried! (And no, IceSeto Is not crying XD)

Y/n pov

I starred at the strong hold in a mixture of curiosity and wonder. Wait. That's pretty much the same thing. The portal behind me pulsed and shuddered, looking like it would collapse any second. I instantly ran away from it, wondering if the thing that attacked me wold come threw. It, he, seemed very hostile. Did that even really happen? Or have I just gone mad from  isolation? I could always go back threw, then run back home. No. What am I thinking. That....that horrible place isn't my home any more. I refuse to go back. I'm perfectly fine with my little cabin and my imaginary monster. But, it all seemed so real. my thoughts were shattered by a huge explosion near me. At first, I thought it was the portal, however, a large white thing caught my eye. It was huge, with a large body and curling tendrils. You could see it's ribs and the face was sunk in slightly, as of it never ate. Tear poured from it's closed eyes. Suddenly, they opened. Red large eyes that trained on me. It's mouth opened as well, fire flicking out. It let out a screech, a ball of flame shot out of its mouth, strait at me. I didn't hesitate to run towards the castle, hoping it would shield me from the creature. Behind me, more explosions sounded. it took ten minutes of sprinting before I managed to reach the stairs leading to the entrance. I ran up the steps, tripping a few times, then finally stopped at the door. Instantly, I slammed it open, stumbling in. The ghastly (Pffft Punz) screams continued, almost in an alerting way. I stumbled back up, still clutching my ax. I walked slowly down the dark halls, staying alert and aware. I turned corners, walking up and down flights of stairs, turned more corners. It was like a huge maze! After what felt like an hour, I paused. Something wasn't right. "How did you get passed my pet?" A monotone voice suddenly said from behind me. I gasped, spinning around. The same damned thing from before stood there. But, it was different. His skin wasn't so pale, and his hair was dark brown. He wore similar clothing, except for the colors. The base was black, with yellow, red, and orange designs instead of blue. His eyes glowed a mix of red and orange, and his lips were drawn back in a critical scowl. "H-how...?" I muttered, backing up. He tilted his head to the side, "How? How what?" "H-how are you....h-here?" He looked slightly confused, "What do you mean?" I backed up more, the head of my ax dragging on the ground, "Y-You were in....the forest...a-and looked....wh-what?" After a moment, he laughed, "Oh, I see what happened. You must be talking about my brother. Which one did you meet?" "W-which one?" I echoed, there were more!? He rolled his eyes, looking annoyed, "Where. Where did you see him." "I-in the f-forest, i-in the snow biom..." The thing hissed quietly, pinching the bridge of his nose, "Of course. Of course you met Ice..." "I-Ice?" "Come on." He suddenly said, turning around and walking down the hall. "W-what? I-I'm not going back there!" I yelled, stumbling back. He stopped, glancing over his shoulder, "I could burn you alive instead. Now. Come on." His voice was surprisingly calm. It made me shake. I hesitated, but followed. "W-who are you?" I asked cautiously. "Name's Blaze Seto. It would be easier if you just called me Blaze though." :Are you and...the other one brothers or something?" He snorted, "No. We're clones." "Clones?" "Its complicated. LOng story short, there was an evil scientist who experimented on a boy by taking his DNA and combining it with other objects. I was combined with fire, Ice with, well, ice. And so on. The original was just Seto, so all the others were giving nick names of a sort. Blaze, Ice, Toxic, Etc." "Oh..." I mumbled, lowering my gaze, I then examined my ax. Could I attack him. "No you can not." He suddenly said. "W-what?" I stuttered. He smiled mysteriously, "The original was a sorcerer, there for, all the clones are sorcerers. Attacking one would be a disaster. Except for 'Kitty'. We'll just....I don't know...purr?" "Kitty?" He laughed, shaking his head slightly, "The scientist had a cat, whom got her hair everywhere. A piece landed in the DNA, and bam, Kitty was born. Well, made." We turned a corner, and the entrance could be seen. I hesitated again, hearing the distant screams of the monster. "Don't worry." Blaze said with an amused smile, "He wont do anything while I'm with you. Just stay close." I nodded slightly, moving slightly closer. I had to admit, the monster was scary, 'Ice' was scary, everything was scary at the moment, but out of everything, Blaze seemed to be the less scary of them all.
