Y/n pov

After hours of torment, I was thrown into an empty cell. Small cuts and incisions were scattered across my body. My arm was cut open, it was dissected. How sickening, how my father acted nice, gentle, and a perfect father. Yet, he was truly a monster. Suddenly, a shape appeared next to me. "Wh-what do y-you want?" I whispered, burying my face in my knees. "Father sent me!" Blaze spoke in a mocking voice, obviously mocking me. He chuckled, sitting beside me. "I have to heal you, Boss's command." I ignored him. Rolling his eyes, he did as he was told. But he didn't leave. After seconds of silence, I finally broke it, "Wh-why?" He hummed in question, looking at me. "Wh...why did you b-bring me here? Wh-why did you do that to me, i-in the woods? Why did you...why did you pretend to like me?" He glanced down at me, "You ask a lot of questions, huh?" He sighed, "You're gonna die...but I suppose you deserve a bit of closure." He smiled slightly, "You want it sugar coated?" I shook my head. "Ah, the truth then. Fine. At first, I did like you. But then I realized you were just like my previous pet. So I decided to treat you as I would a toy....that was what you were, after all. Maybe it was because I knew Ice would either break you mind...or simply kill you. But, I didn't expect him to react the way I did. I suppose...that's why I did what I did, you know, melting your face off." He laughed slightly, "And when I found out who you were, who your father was. I wanted you to feel the wrath I felt." I glanced at him, "You were jealous?" He laughed, "Yes. I guess that's right."
"Why not just kill him?" He didn't say anything. "I never did anything too you."
"You ran away."
"You raped me."
"Oh yeah...I guess I did. You liked it, though."
"I don't remember anything." Blaze laughed slightly, "I figured you wouldn't."
"You're terrible." He agreed, examining the stone floor. I looked at Blaze, he seemed deep in thought. Hesitating, I spoke again, "So why don't you?"
"Why don't I what?"
"kill him." He didn't say anything for a while, closing his eyes. I looked down in defeat, doubting he would tell me. "I don't know." He finally said in a whisper, I almost missed it. "What do you mean?"
His voice cracked as he spoke, "H-he created me. I wouldn't exist without him, neither would Ice... I-I want to, but... honestly, that was the closest thing I had to a family." I frowned, "No. That is not a family. Not a father. He treated you like dirt, he hurt you. No, he's not your family.... Ice is."
"Ice hates me..." I went quiet, thinking about what to say, I had to be careful, "He had a picture of you...you and him." Blaze looked at me suddenly, "He did?" I nodded, "Y-yeah. You two looked really happy, like a real family should be." Blaze laid his head against the wall, staring at the ceiling, he muttered something under his breath.
"Maybe you're not what I thought."
I pretended that I didn't hear it, looking down at my dirty clothes. "What happened before? What made Ice...how he was." Blaze laughed, it was dry and fake, "He made me mad, I don't remember why, but it was stupid. So I wanted to make him jealous, thus, Brice was pushed into the picture. Didn't end well. After that, he fought more and more, and then I left..." I nodded, "Maybe you should talk to him. Try to patch up what was broken?" Blaze scoffed, "Why are you giving me life advice? I practically dug your grave." I offered a small smile, "Because I know that both of you aren't evil. You just don't know how to properly love." My smile dropped, love. Amazing, how one word can make, or break a life. A weight dropped on my shoulders suddenly. It was Blaze's robe, cape, whatever he called it. I looked at him in confusion, he just smiled. "Thank you." Was all he said, then he was gone.

Some time later

"You did what?!" Ice yelled, anger clearly in his voice. Blaze flinched, "Y-yeah...I, um, wasn't thinking?"
"How dare you." He hissed, glaring at his polar opposite, "You know what happened....You know what she did, how she made me feel." Blaze nodded, "Y-yeah...I know. I'm s-" Ice cut him off, "And you betrayed her! Twice!" Ice snarled, "She trusted you. "No she didn't." The cold man laughed harshly, "Yes she did." Blaze thought of his actions, thought of before he betrayed the girl. Maybe she did. "Not anymore."
"Damn right!" Blaze sighed, "we're gonna go get her, aren't we?"
"Yup."
