Lucy's POV
I open my mouth to scream, but no sound came out. Ohmygoshohmygosh! I'm going to die!! The sound of the wind rushing past me as I fall is too loud, and I begin to tear up from the roots and branches that were scraping up my skin. I close my eyes, teardrops spilling upwards with the wind, to think, but I couldn't. (Just gonna skip all the falling) Finally, I hit the ground. Considering how long I was descending, hitting the ground doesn't hurt nearly as much as I had expected it to.Standing up and dusting myself off, then rubbing my tail bone, only to find that I was in a brand new dress without rips or dirt anywhere to be found! It was a cerulean blue skater dress, and it had a white apron that was tied neatly in the back with a beautifully precise bow.
As I look around the room, I notice a tiny round table with a place setting for one. That's a bit odd... On a colorful plate, there lies a slice of cake and on top what seemed to be a piece of chocolate decoration. The words "Eat Me" written on it in fancy swirly letters were mysteriously simplistic. Next to it is a little glass bottle with the words "Drink Me" on a tag that's connected with twine.
"Oh my! I'm late! I'm late for a very important date!"
I look around to see where the voice had come from, but as the phrase repeats itself, I begin to realize that the squeaky voice comes from directly below me. Looking down I saw a very small rabbit with pink hair. The rabbit was holding a little golden watch and hopping like mad across the sleek marble floor.
"Hey wait!" I cry, but the rabbit didn't not to notice me, but in comparison with him, you'd think that I'd be a gigantic obstacle. Also, if I could hear him you would think he certainly could have heard me! I continue to watch the rabbit hops across the floor. Distracted by the growth of my curiosity, the rabbit came to a little wooden door that I was before, oblivious to.
Briskly opening the door, entering, and then slamming the door shut afterwards, the rabbit leaves the room.
Laying down on my stomach I tried to open the door. For the door was quite tiny and I, quite large in comparison, but try as I might the door won't budge. Standing back up, I look over at the table.
I can't explain it, but something in that setting compelled me to pick up a little bottle that contained a mysterious liquid. Opening it cautiously I inhale the scent of the liquid. It smelled of the stars; I have no other way to describe it. Taking a small sip to see if I could identify the strange concoction, an odd notion took over. Similar to before, the ground began to shake, although unlike then, the ground began to spin. Whats going on?!? I close my eyes and hold my head trying to stop the shaking. Then, everything went still, as if by magic. I began to recollect myself when it finally occurs to me that the world around me had grown. Or to be more precise, I had shrunk.
----
"Naaannniii!¿!" Some how, my dress had shrunk as well! Looking around in the attempt of adjusting to my surroundings, I noticed something shiny in the shadow of the table's leg.
My curiosity got the better of me and as I walk closer- which seems to take forever when you're tiny - I began to take mental notes of the object. Finally I realized that IT WAS A KEY! Good job Lucy. . . After facepalming, I pick up the key and head towards the previously miniature door.
Carefully, I insert the key into the lock and turn the key until I hear a click. . . When I finally open the door, believe me, it was a sight for sore eyes!
