Calum confusing and acting shady towards Ella was becoming an extremely regular thing and she could no longer put up with his shįt.

At the same time, she couldn't help but wonder about him.

What is he doing?

What does look like?

Is she on his mind like he is on hers?

Was it wrong of her to long for someone who she doesn't know?

Ella couldn't stand this internal battle with herself. This constant conflict between trusting Calum or not. It was driving her insane.

Tonight was meant for her to hang out with Bree, and bond over a band that meant the world to both of them.

So Ella decided that for just a couple hours, she would push calum to the back of her head, and enjoy herself.

But little Ella, who could never pick up on the subtle hints that maybe calum wasn't who she thought he was, was about to have everything she's ever known about him be revealed as entirely false.

Of course, neither Ella nor calum could help that. When you're hiding a huge secret from someone you care a whole lot about, it's bound to get out somehow. Trust bonds will be snapped and hearts will be broken. Once you turn down the road of lies, it's inevitable. And Ella and Calum's story is no different.

Granted, neither knew what was to come. So Calum just continued to lie, deciding to ignore the impending fall of their friendship, and Ella continued to take in those lies, because she didn't know any better.

Bree and Ella piled in to the amphitheater, along will everyone else, and claimed their place along the front row.

Bree's parents were just a little bit (hugely) rich, and maybe had a little sum (a lot) of money to spend on their only daughter. But Ella spent so much time with Bree that Bree's parents loved her like she was their own. So of course, the pair were given front row tickets and backstage passes. But it was no biggie, really.

Calum looked up from his phone, a smile on his face. He stood, making all the eyes turn to him.

"Whatcha smiling about?" Drummer Josh Dun, asked from the couch he was sitting on, smirk on his face.

The two bands were chilling in the dressing room before Twenty One Pilots' show.

"Oh that's just his new girlfriend. Ellllaaaaaaa," Michael teased, poking Calum's dimples.

"She's not my girlfriend," Calum grumbled.

"But you loooooove her," Luke sang, laughing.

"I do not!"
