After setting the coffee maker, I decided to look for some clothes that would fit Logan. It's partially my fault anyway why he got wet all over. Not to mention the fact that he carried me all the way to my condo unit.

Limping my way around, I managed to find an oversized shirt and some sweatpants. Now I just have to walk towards the bathroom to give this to him. I grabbed a chair and used it as a sort of support as I walked. Upon reaching the bathroom door, I knocked and called out to Logan:

"I'll leave some clothes by the door. I don't know if it'll fit you but it's not like you have a choice." I shouted through the closed doors. I could hear him turn off the shower.

"Why don't you come in here and join me in the shower?" He shouted back, while chuckling.

"In your dreams, you doofus. Now, get out of there. I want to shower too. I stink." I said banging the door.

"I'll be out in a minute." He answered and I heard him turn on the shower again.

I went back to the counter to check on the coffee, still dragging the chair around for support. I grabbed two mugs and poured some coffee into each. I haven't done this in a while; pouring coffee for another person other than myself.

I set down some milk, creamer, and sugar for Logan then went back to the closet to get some decent and warm clothes for myself. I could hear Logan open the door of the bathroom. Finally, I can shower!

"Where are your wet clothes? You can put them in there to get them cleaned and dried." I said motioning to the washing machine.

He nods while wiping his hair with a towel. He turns on the machine and dumps his uniform in.

"I'll just go in and take a shower, but for the meantime you can make yourself comfortable. There's some coffee in the counter as well, if you'd like some." I grab my towel and limp my way into the bathroom.

Before I could even get in the bathroom, Logan suddenly grabbed me by the wrist. "Hey, I haven't even looked at your foot yet. Can you manage to go on a shower all alone?" He asks.

"Yeah. I think I can. Don't worry, I'll call for help if I need any." I reassure him.

He nods in reply and lets go of my hand. He went to the counter to make a cup of coffee for himself. I, on the other hand,  went into the shower silently praying that I can manage to do this alone without killing myself. Fingers crossed!

And after about an hour I manage to get off the shower unscathed. Good job self!

I scan the room for Logan only to see him lying on the carpeted floor fast asleep, the TV still on. I turned it off so he could continue sleeping. But by the time I set down the remote, he stirred, and was awake in no time.

"I fell asleep. I'm sorry." He said sitting up while rubbing his eyes.

"It's ok. You can go back to sleep. I'll just go and grab some pillows for you." I said while trying to get up.

"Hey, stop. I don't need any pillows. Just sit down. " He said grabbing me by the wrist. "You might hurt yourself again." He added while pulling me back to sit down on the sofa.

"I'm fine. Don't worry. My foot's all better now!" I answered smiling.

He shook his head in disbelief and knelt down to examine my foot. He held my ankle as gently as he could.

"Just tell me if it hurts. Okay?"

I nodded in reply, and he carefully moved my foot first upward, downward, then slowly rotated it. That's when it began to hurt. I screamed in pain which made him stop what he was doing.
