Dear Myself,

Okay so let's see, first, you ARE gorgeous. I'm sorry if you don't believe it, but you are. You have beautiful blue eyes and nice wavy hair. No one has the right to tell you otherwise. I hate that you hate yourself. God made you in His image so you are absolutely and unquestionably unique. Isn't it good enough to know you are who you are and you're nobody else? Your future husband wants you, not anybody else.

Secondly, you think way too much into things. You go in circles over things. You're letting things get to you that shouldn't. Learn to put up a healthy boundary. God can help you through anything. He's not going to leave you today, tomorrow, or any other day.

Thirdly, your friends don't define you. Stop comparing yourself and thinking into what they do. They're living their life and you're living yours. They say things and so do you. Some friendships stay forever and others stay for a short period of time, but they're there for a reason. You need to learn to be able to let go sometimes. If you hold on for too long it starts to hurt. Pray to God what He wants to do in your relationships with people.

Fourthly, the music you're listening to is tearing you down completely. It may relate to you, but you know deep down it's tearing you apart just as much as it's making you feel okay. It may be able to relate to you, but it's also feeding you some lies. Learn to enjoy the music, but not try to relate to every single thing. You're life is a song of it's own, don't try to copyright someone else's.

Fifthly, life does get hard. It always will, but it makes you stronger. The things you're facing will go away sooner or later, just like your anxiety. Remember like two Sundays ago? Remember how Paula took away your inherited anxiety? God can work through anybody and take away anything. He's a Healer. He may give you trials, but what would life be without trials? Mrs. Carol told you to imagine life as a line and you wrote down a line with bumps representing the good points of your life and the dips to represent the bad times in your life. If that line had no trials or good things then you wouldn't be alive. It'd be a flat line. And you can't live a perfect life with all smiles and rainbows. So just know it's how life is. When it's over you will be with God for eternity in Heaven. It'll all be worth it.

God is your source of love and hope. You can ALWAYS rely on Him. He never fails anybody. He won't fail you, I promise.

Love,

Megan x
