Chapter 4

15 minutes later we finally arrived home. Amber and I basically stumbled over each other to get into the house. We were both so excited that supposably our imaginary crushes actually gave us their number.

We run up to Ambers' room and she jumps on her bed. I go sit on her bed to since we want to both hear each other conversations.

"So do you want to go first Els?" Amber asked me, clearly to much excitement in her voice. I just hope she doesn't faint if it really is them.

"Um sure why not."

I grab my phone and dial in the number. I put it on speaker phone so we can both hear and hit the call button. After about 3 rings someone finally answers.

"Hello Ellie how are you?" Says Austin through the phone surprise in his voice.

"Omg hey Austin. Was just making sure this was your number." I say trying not to stumble over my words I have no clue what to say.

Austin's pov:

I heard her on the other line say that she wanted to make sure it was my number. I guess I don't blame her for not fully believing me. I am half famous and super popular.

"How could I give a fake number to a girl as beautiful as you." I say.

This girl is absolutely beautiful and I want to see her more. And get to know her more. She has the most beautiful blue eyes ever and her blonde hair was in such natural waves. I loved it.

"Oh um... Sorry I have no clue what to say. Sorry." Ellie says on the other end of the line.

"Hey does that mean Alex actually gave me his real number?" Say another girl at the end of the line.

I remember Alex texted me about someone he met at the beach he thought was totally hot. Said her name was Amber or something.

"Is this Amber? If so yes he gave you his real number. He thinks your hot."

"Oh goody!" Amber says in pure excitement.

"Hey Ellie, I was wondering if you and Amber aren't busy tonight maybe we could have a double date and watch a movie or something."

Ellie's pov:

He asked me on a double date with him. I can't believe it. I don't know what to say. Ok I know where to start.

"Yes I would love that! And Amber is over here hyperventilating." I say.

"Cool I'll pick you and Amber up at 7:30. By the way, what's your twitter and instagram?"

"Um, my twitter is @ellieluhsyou and my instagram is the same as that. And for the luhs part, it's spelled l-u-h-s."

"Cool thanks. I'll follow you right now. Well I Got To Go ill see you tonight beautiful, bye."

Austin hangs up and that's when Amber and I start freaking out.

"Omg omg omg. We are going on a double date. You know what this means?" I say

"Shopping!" We both say at the same time.

We look at the clock and see it's only 2:30. I ask Amber if I can drive and sure enough she says it's fine. We get in the car and I start driving to the mall I know best in California, The New Park Mall. We arrive there about 10 minutes. I park the car and we pile out. We walk inside the mall and the first store we go into is styles.

"We need something cute but casual. We only are going to the movies." I say

"Come on though. It's the two most gorgeous guys ever. Go a little crazy cute. But not to crazy where you look like a fake Barbie."

We walk around the store and I find a really cute skirt that's leopard print and goes a little past my waist, enough to cover up my butt. Amber gets the same thing but in zebra print. Next we walk into Forever 21 to find a shirts. I find a black bandoa and a reddish orangey shirt to match my skirt and black sandal wedges. Amber goes into Wet Seal and finds a cute black ruffled shirt. The price came up to about 60 dollars for both, but we were both satisfied with our outfits for our date tonight.

By the time we got home it was 5:30. We quickly heated up frozen pizzas and ran upstairs to the bathroom. We both looked at each other with grins on our faces.

"Makeovers!" We say at the same time giggling like little 9 year olds.

Amber does my makeup first. She she takes sparkly sliver eyeliner and puts it on. Then she takes black eyeliner and puts it on my waterline. After she tops it off with black volumizer mascara and then applys red blush on lightly. After she does my makeup it's time for me to do hers.

"Don't make me look like a clown like last time Els." She says clearly messing around.

*Flashback*

"Hey Ellie come on! We have to go to the fair soon! Remember you are doing my makeup." Amber yells from the bathroom.

"I'm coming Amber, hold up." I say loosing my patience with this girl.

She was getting so bossy. I know she was 14 and I was 13 but I would be 14 in a month so she didn't have a right to be bossy.

"I don't have anymore minutes left to spare. Come now!"

I stomp up the stairs anger Flaming through me. I grab her makeup and start doing it. Since I was so mad I wanted to make her look like a clown. I got the darkest blush I could find, redest lipstick, and I put black eye shadow everywhere on her lid crease and brow. I finished in about 3 minutes and Ambers' mom called her down.

We ran down the stairs with no time to look at her makeup and got in the car where her mom was waiting for us.

"Amber! What did you do to your face!" Ambers mom said clearly annoyed and mad.

"What are you talking abou... ELLE!!! She screamed, using my full name only when she was mad.

She ended up not talking to me for a week and I left for home the day after with really upset parents.

*end of flashback*

For Ambers' makeup I did black eyeliner on the top and her waterline and then mascara and pink blush. We both curled our hair and by the time we were done it was 7:28.

I heard a knock on the door and we both ran down the stairs. Racing to see who opened the door first. We opened the door, clearly out of breath, to see the most gorgeous boys ever, Austin and Alex.
