Why did this happen to me

*Morning*

I woke up at 10:50 A.M on Saturday morning. I smiled to myself realizing this is the true start to my summer. I'm actually dating The Austin Mahone. It was always my dream to meet him but to be able to call him mine was like a dream come true.

I look at my phone to see I had a good morning text from Austin.

Austin<3: I have something planned for us today. We gonna do a double date with Alex and Amber. Be ready by 1.

"Hey El, did you get a text saying to be ready by 1? Amber asks in her sleepy, groggy voice.

"Yes!"

"Oo double date! Let's pick out each others outfit and do each others hair and makeup."

Right at that moment I get another text.

Austin<3: oh almost forgot, west something casual but cute.

"Austun just texted me to wear casual but cute."

"Perfect."

I ended up wearing a loose tank top with the #74 on it in the color pink with black and white writing. (A/N: 74 see what I did there) and white high waisted shorts with cream wedges. Amber wore an over sized white shirt with OMG written on it with Levi shorts.

I fished tailed her hair and she straightened mine. We both decided on white eyeshadow, black thin eyeliner and mascara.

We took photos and posted it on instagram and twitter.

I immediately get 100s of likes each second due to me dating Austin. I guess things get around fast.

I get comments on it immediately as well some good and some well, not so good.

"You and austin seem to be the cutest. Keep making him happy!"

"Your so pretty!"

"I love your outfit! Love anyone who makes Austin happy!"

"Hey girl better stay away from Austin or I will find you and beat you!"

I decided to stand up and reply to the mean girl.

"You know what you are? That's right your a jerk and a bully! You may be pretty on the outside but you're definelty not pretty on the inside. Austin doesn't like girls like you. Your only beating yourself up."

Minute late I got many replies satin good job. You stand up to her. But that other girl never replied back. I had a feeling it was Jessica but I didn't know.

I've been sitting on my couch for an hour now watching The Fosters, waiting for Austin and Alex to come. They should be here an minute now.

"When do you think they will be here?" Amber asks jumping around not being able to sit down anymore.

*knock knock*

"Hm I don't know? Maybe now!" I say as we both jump off the couch and run to get the door. To my luck I was the first one that reached it to open it. But it wasn't Austin or Alex it was the management Ambers' mom worked for. My mom went out to lunch with Ambers' mom and her boss.

"Are you Amber and Ellie? Daughters of Ashley and Cecelia?"

"Yes ma'am." We both say at the same time a little nervous.

"I'm sorry but both your parents have been in a serious car crash and both were killed by the impact immediately."

At that moment everything went in slow motion. For that time being I forgot all about the date I had with Austin and just step backwards. I ran up the stairs, tears streaming from my eyes, wondering what I ever did to deserve this. I mean my mom was all I had, same with Amber.

I heard a slam and then a loud scream indicating Amber has lost it. I heard running foot steps up the stairs and then I saw the door open. Seeing Amber crying was devistating but we were both in the same position.

"What the fuck did I do to deserve this? She was all I had. My father left us for a fucking whore and now the only one I got is gone?" Amber cried in between tears.

I didn't answer. I just sat there and stared up at the ceiling as I let the tears fall. I the heard another knock on the door. No one made to move to get it, then I realized no one locked the door because at that moment I saw two figures standing at our bedroom door.

"Is everything ok?" Austin asks us, probably seeing we were a mess.

That made me cry even harder. I just looked away from his eyes and stuffed my head in the pillow. I just didn't know what to do anymore. My father was already killed in an accident because of being drunk and now my mom had to go the same way. She didn't do anything to deserve this.

Austin came to me and just laid in my bed and wrapped his arms around my waist. "You can tell me. Trust me. I'll do anything to help you."

I hesitated for a second. "Mine and Ambers' mom... T-they--

"Come on El you can trust me."

Austin they're dead. They died. In a car accident." I said while tears fell from my face even harder.

Austin's pov:

Ellie telling me her mom and Ambers' mom died made me speechless. I didn't know what to do. I know I had to be there for her for a while tho. She was gonna need a lot of help as does Amber.

"Babe I'm so sorry. She didn't deserve this. Remember tho they are both in a better place and your mom, Ceceila would only want the best for you. Don't let this ruin your life because I know the feeling and she is watching from above right now."

Ellie only responded by crashing her lips onto mine. We didn't say a word after that. Only light kisses to comfort her. Amber was in her moms room with Alex, probably describing the same thing.

That day we cancelled all plans and just sat around the house comforting Ellie and Amber. The sparkle in her blue eyes were gone and now they seemed to be dull. No happiness or life just dull. Lifeless. She showed nothing but sadness other than that no emotion. I kept my arm around her waist laying in her bed watching sad movies, but only to cover up her real tears that were threatening to fall down her face at any moment. She just buried her face into my chest and soon we both fell asleep like that.

Hey guys! Didn't expect that huh? Had lots of emotion in this chapter. I didn't know what to do. So their parents died. Austin is such a sweetheart.
