Hey, thanks for hanging in there for me. Here's the first chapter. Its uploaded about 45 min earlier than I thought it would be, but non-the-less, it's uploaded.
Me and another person, Zachory-wolf are co-writing the story. I write Jane's POV and Wolf writes another charrie you'll see in the next chapter or 2.
Jane's parents were always bickering and fighting. The only time that Jane didn't know if they were fighting or not is when she went to school. At school, she'd beg the clock, not literally, to not change to 3:00 pm, but it would never listen. She dreaded going back home cause they never noticed her. She desperately tried to get their attention but it never worked. She'd bring him tests or exams with A's or even A+'s and her parents wouldn't say a thing. She had maybe one or two friends at school that weren't really friends. Except for one who was her best friend, but she had disappeared awhile ago. She was disliked at school. No-one really payed attention to her. To her, she had nothing to live for. But that wasn't true. The only thing she had was this movie about wolves. Yeah, she knew she was in high school, and should t be watching these animated kids movies, but, who would care? And find out that she watched them in the first place? Jane watched Alpha and Omega almost all of the time, wishing she could be a wolf so she could live there. And right now, she needed it, too. She strived for human or social contact with other people. She didn't have a computer, so, she couldn't talk to people online. She didn't have a cell phone either, though, if she did, who would she talk to?
Wait, she didn't have to BE a wolf to LIVE there! She could run away to live in Jasper park! She smiled, knowing that she could be away from all of this. She gathered up her things, which included her TV, the movies, almost her whole wardrobe, the bed sheets & pillows, and some other stuff. She took a few trips to her car, noticing how her parents didn't pay attention. She just smiled, knowing that she would soon be far away from this.
When she got all of her stuff in the car, she said a "final good-bye" to the house and drove away, her parents oblivious to just happened.
She decided to go to Walmart to pick up a few things, like food, some meat if she met some wolves, and new equipment for her camera. The reason is, is that in high school, she was a the career path towards photography. She loved it. And with the new equipment she was getting, she could get crystal clear images, that were up close, and zoomed in. She was going to lover this.
She finally got everything she needed and drove north, towards Jasper Park.
When she got there, she rented a cabin that was pretty nice. It had 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace, and a full kitchen. She started to unpack everything, getting it in all the necessary places.
It took her almost 5 hours to unpack everything and put them in the right place, laying back on the couch in the living room, sipping coffee. She yawned. Wow, long day, she thought.
Zach's POV
Oww," he moaned as he was shoved into his locker. Jerks, he thought, can my life get any worse? He grabbed his backpack and walked out of school. He got shoved to the side a couple times on his way out, and was chased by some bullies. He got outside and started walking home. To add to his torture, it started to rain. "Just my luck," he said, sighing. He started to walk home, and 3 minutes into the walk, the rain got heavier. he got drenched, like he just came out of the pool. The rain was so hard that you couldn't see much of anything in front of you. He got angry as he'd probably won't be able to take a shower tonight.
He got up to his house and sighed, opening the door and walking inside. As he closed the door, he was slammed into the side of the wall. The smell of alcohol reaches his nose. He had no choice but to go through with it, like he had to everyday.
"You're late! And you knnnoww... whhhaat hhhaaaaapppeennns when you're lllllaaate!" yelled out his father, drunker than a beer barrel. Before Zach could do anything to stop it, his father's fist slams into his stomach. Zach grabbed his gut and bent forward, trying to cope with the pain. But, as he was doing that, his father grabbed his army knife and cut Zach, starting at his right eyebrow and down to his chin. At that point, Zach was able to push his father away, making him fall to the ground. He ran upstairs and went into his room, locking it and barricading it. Growing tired, for an unknown reason he laid down, his clothes completely drenched with water,on his bed.
He closed his eyes, but opened them back up again in shock and fear as his father started making loud noises trying to get up the stairs, but failing as Zach heard him fall down. Zach grew more tired and sleepy but he didn't want to because he didn't want his father getting in. He passed out a few minutes later.
I know this is a very short chapter, but it's still a chapter. and for the viewers.
This is also, Zach's first chapter, so, please let us know what you think.
