CHAPTER I

I woke up with my phone ringing. Someone calling me. I just answered the phone without looking on it.

"Hello" i said with the sleepytone of my voice

"Oh my God E !!! ur still on bed ?? its already 8 in the morning, dont you remember ur flight will be at 10am" other line said

"My god, i gotta go" i said it shockingly and hanged up the phone without waiting the other line answered.

I made my morning routine in just about 20 minutes, which is usually before, I did it for about an hour,and now i am heading to NAIA.

By the way, Ako nga pala si Ethan James Brooks, sorry if na pa English ako kanina, ganyan talaga kasi ako pag natataranta at tuwing umaga. The reason why i am in a hurry right now, because papunta ako sa Cebu ngayon for an occasion. Its my bestfriend's birthday, and she asked me to sing on her 18th birthday, and also one of her dance during the 18 roses dance.

The one who called me a while ago was Mellisa Villegas, she's my bestfriend. Siya rin ang mag d-debut. She's like a sister to me, actually i just met her 1 year ago but parang nag click kami agad. Nasa Cebu kasi family nya at ang business nila, dito lang sya sa Manila nag aaral.

Actually she was the bestfriend of my Ex-Girlfriend, but nag away sila dahil sa akin, because her Ex-bestfriend fooled me. She didnt like what Anna did to me and confronted Anna for that, coz she said that im too good to be fooled by a girl, coz Anna was a playgirl, she also said that I deserved better, what Mellisa did, she texted me and told me to go to a specific place and that place was where i saw Anna kissing someone.

Enough about Mellisa, its my story, not hers. I am 20 years old and its obvious that i'm a Fil-Am. I am studying Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at one of the most prestige school here in the Philippines.

"Boss, dito na po tayo" Manong Taxi Driver said

"Thank you po manong, eto ho yung bayad" hindi ko namalayan na nandito na ako sa NAIA

Saktong naka baba na ako sa taxi, someone is calling and its Mellisa.

"Hello E, where are you now ? Why did you hang up the phone without waiting me to answer? Your so mean E" Mellisa murmered

"Sorry M, nataranta lang ako kanina, im already here in NAIA, im about to hop on the plane" i answered

" Thank God E, I thought you're still in your bed, Take Care E, and by the way E, I'm sorry but di kita masusundo sa Airport may gagawin pa kasi kami ni mommy, si kuya Gad ang susundo sayo"

" What ?? i dont even know your big bro, how could i know if hes already there ? " i said shockingly

"Dont worry E, i already give your number to him, he will be going to call you when your plane landed in MCIA, and I already instruct him and told him your body features" Mellisa said

"Ok M, baba ko na to. My flight number is already been called, Thank you M, see you" i said when i hear my flight number being called

"Ok E, bye bye" she said and hanged up

Oh I forgot to greet M, how fool i am. I was about to text M and greet her but my phone goes dead.

"My god" i hissed

I forgot to charged it last night. How could M's big bro call me, how could i know him, I did'nt even saw him before. Tssss!! Haayyy I also forgot my powerbank. Ba't parang makakalimutin na ako this past few days.

I just said "Bahala na" to myself, siguro magkamukha lang sila ni M. I will just ask each people that will be waiting on that Airport, as soon as i landed.

I just hopped in the plane, and took a seat beside the window, I just relaxed myself and took a nap. 1hour lang naman ang byahe from MNL to CEB eh.

I am already here in Mactan-Cebu International Airport. Now, i look liked a geraffe here, my neck numbed as i keep on looking for a man who looked like Mellisa. It's already 11:25am as i took a glance on my watch. I took a walk from the Exit to the right, di kasi pwede makapasok yung mga nag hihintay sa Airport nato. Nasa labas lang yung mg naghihintay, di naman kasi kalakihan ang Airport na ito.

I saw a man, nakatayo sya sa gilid sa napakalaking signage nang Taxi Area. He looked like pissed off. He keeped on dialing on his phone and put it on his ear. But hindi naman sila mag kamukha ni M ah. Ang tangkad kaya nito nasa mga 5"11 yung height, M is just 5"2 only, and M has a skin liked porcelaned, and this man is not that white, and pati features nila is different.

M is liked a cute korean girl, this man is liked a Fil-Latin supermodel man. I cant deny this man is dazzling, dont get me wrong im not gay, but i feel insecure. I just approached him, coz he really looked pissed.

"Hi po, kayo po ba si Gad Nikko Villegas?" i askes him

"Are you Ethan?" he asked me back with a pissed voice, why do Filipinos likes answering questions with another question

"Yes po, sorry po na deadbat po kasi ang phone ko, nakalimutan ko pong mag charge kagabi and i also forgot to bring my powerbank" i apologize

"Tsss, I've been here for almost an hour, its a waste of my time, where have you been, you landed at 11:15am, its already 11:50am" he bloated and walked away

I was shocked and parang na glue yung paa ko sa sahig, i did'nt noticed that wala na sya sa harap ko.

"Hey, Ethan!! what are you waiting for? You're such a pain on a butt, you're wasting a lot of my time" he shouted that words, coz hes like about 3 meters away from me

What the h*ll, im not fun in cursing but i did. This man is getting on my nerves, I already explained myself and still he do that? I feel pity on myself, nakakahiya !! Napakaraming tao'ng nakarinig non. Pano siya naging kapatid ni M? M is so kind, but this man is a son of a devil. Didnt his parents or his teachers teach him about HOSPITALITY ??

We're not friend and he did'nt even know me, it's the first time we met. Wala ba syang alam na greeting like Hi or Hello man lang. I just relaxed myself and just thought maybe hes just having a bad day. Hindi naman kasi talaga mainitin ang ulo ko eh. I just always understand people. So I just follow him with the thought.
