"Rydel, come on. Open up please!" Ellington begged, banging on the bathroom door for what seemed like the millionth time.

"I said go away." The voice came from the other side of the door, shaky and hurting.

"Please Rydel. I love you and I just want to talk to you." He said, softer this time with his mouth pressed up to the edge of the door.

The sound of the bolt unlocking echoed and Ellington wasted no time in pushing open the door.

Rydel was huddled up in the corner, her knees pulled up to her chest and her face buried in her knees. He knew she had been crying and as he looked around at all of the medicine bottles scattered around on the floor, his eyes widened.

"Rydel, what happened?" He asked her, gently kicking bottles to the side so that he could get through to her. She didn't move her posture at all, sobbing and whimpering into her knees.

He moved the towel that had slipped onto the floor and sat down next to her, wrapping his arm around her loosely, tracing circles on her back. "Babygirl, what happened?"

She gestured limply towards her phone that lay in between two bottles on the cold concrete floor.

Ellington picked up her phone and turned it on. In a split second the screen was filled with hate messages.

"She's so ugly."

"Look at her, that's the definition of fat."

"Rydel just die, no one likes you anyway."

"I feel sorry for her boyfriend who has to look at her face. That is, if she will ever get a boyfriend."

"Attention seeker."

"Slut."

"Rydel Lynch or Rydel Loser?"

Each word stabbed Ellington in the chest making him want to cry too.

"These aren't true dells..." He told her, trying not to cry.

She ignored him, crying into her knees.

He looked at all of the bottles and panicked a little. "What did you do? Oh gosh Rydel you didn't, did you?"

She shook her head, her voice thick with tears. "I couldn't. I just couldn't do it."

He lifted her chin and pressed his lips against hers, placing his hands on her cheek. He pulled back and looked into her eyes.

"Rydel those words aren't true at all. I love you. I love you more than you will ever understand. Those people are just jealous of your amazingness and how gorgeous you are."

A small smile formed on her face as she climbed into the comfort of his lap with some assistance, cuddling into his chest.

"S-so you don't think I'm any of those things?"

"Rydel, you are only one thing to me. You always have been one thing and you always will be one thing."

"What's that thing?" She looked up at him, her soft brown eyes making contact with his.

"Perfect. To me, all you'll ever be is perfect."
