Colton didn't want me yet to go downstairs. I'm not even allowed to walk or stand. He also helped me take a bath and trust me, Colton who is the Alpha of the strongest pack looked so helpless restraining himself to take me right then and there as he rubbed my naked body with a sponge.

He said that I needed to rest and gain energy that includes eating a lot because I was out for almost three days that's why he got me breakfast in bed as he spoon-feed me.

I actually feel more like a princess than a girl who wasn't able to eat anything in days.

He also told me that I lost a lot of blood so he gave me his blood. And because of that, our bond is way more stronger this time that I feel everything he feels.

Oopsie, did I tell you I'm only wearing a lace boy short under his t-shirt? This is what he chose for me to wear. I didn't mind.

I feel safe whenever I wear my mate's shirt.

Colton's movement from the bed pulled me out from my train of thoughts.

He pulled the blanket up to cover my lower body after he fed me with breakfast.

Heavy breakfast.

I furrowed my eyebrows at him as I think of the reason why he did that. Does he not want to see my legs?

"Xave is coming to see you." I smiled.

"Okay!" I muttered as I pulled up the blanket and hugged it.

That made me happy. I missed my twin brother so much and God knows how worried he was because of me.

"I will be downstairs to give your twin some privacy. I know how much he wanted to spend time with you after what you've been through." He cringed when he mentioned about what happened to me so I pulled him for a kiss.

That ended in a heated make out session.

"Thank you my love." I cooed breathlessly once we pulled away.

He smiled lovingly at me while he caressed my cheek. He gave me one last kiss on my forehead before exiting our room.

When he opened the door, Xave was already outside.

"Her shoulder isn't fully healed yet." I heard Colton mumble.

"Okay. Thanks." It was Xavier's voice and then he entered our room and hugged me but avoided my injured shoulder.

"God, I'm so happy you're awake now. You scared me Xianna." He only calls me Xianna when he's vulnerable. I rubbed his back to comfort him.

"I'm so sorry for making you worried." Hearing this, he pulled away but he held both my arms and looked me straight in the eye.

"I know how much you hate making other people worry about you but we can't always prevent things from happening. Especially the future." He stated in a serious tone.

"Wow, when did you become so smart?" I grinned making him roll his eyes but a smile played on his lips.

"Ever since, forever." He cockily replied. Now was my time to roll my eyes.
