JUST WARNING YOU THINGS START TO GET WEIRD WHEN IT GOES INTO DARK'S POV, meaning there is a HUGE possible chance of actual yaoi. Have fun...

~Link's POV~

Dark and I have been growing closer everyday since it happened... I still can't fathom why Dark wouldn't let me help them. "Link? Hello? You listening, bro?" Dark asked, waving a hand in front of my face. I snapped back into reality and nodded my head. "Really, then what did I just say." He asked, leaning back smugly in his chair. "Umm... You asked if I was paying attention." I said, clearly not knowing what he said. "No... Well yes, but that's not what I meant. I asked you what house we should we hit tonight? We have seven total, but we might be able to get several in tonight." Dark said, pointing at the houses in his trusty map. I looked at where he was pointing, memorizing the locations. We were thieves, wanted men and the best part is,,, no one knows who we are, so we can go into castle town and buy necessary things, without the fear of the guards chopping our heads off. Right now we're sitting near a, not so warm, campfire. It was the middle of Winter and we decided to NEVER go back to the castle, unless it was completely necessary... So here we are, freezing our asses off, My ears flickered as I heard a rustling in a nearby bush. Dark formed a circle with his hands and a orb of darkness appeared. I transformed, crouched down on my haunches and bared my teeth, making sure not to growl. "Relax, ish only meh." Crystal tried to speak as she came from behind the bush with a, slightly, bony Kyo following behind her. Dark's stomach growled as she dropped the dead elk nearby the fire. "Thanks to Kyo here, we can finally eat good food... My eyes aren't what they used to be..." Crystal said. Dark used his black magic to open up the animal, it's blood trailing through the gash. "I'll be back..." I said as I got up. Dark grabbed my tail lightly and asked, "Where're you going?" I looked down at him. He was dressed in his black, tattered tunic and his tights with a few holes around his legs. "Sticks, so we can roast it over the fire." I pointed towards the woods. "Take your bow with you, never know what might happen." He said as he gave me my bow and quiver, I'd stolen it from the first house we ever ransacked. It was the only way we could afford to keep earning profit, we couldn't use the funds from the castle because we were princes. We weren't kings because we hadn't married. Dark, to me, seemed like the flirty kind of guy who would rather have fun and joke around. While there was me... The serious kid, the party pooper, the one who would drag people out of trouble... The Hero... What am I saying? I'll never be a hero! I don't want to go out fighting monsters and saving a stupid princess who just gets kidnapped all over again. "Eponaaaaaaaa!" I called out into the dusk. "Link!" She neighed as she galloped towards me. "Where were you?" I asked, patting her long snout. "Grazing, near the river. It's really nice there, you and the others should come with me sometime." I nodded my head and hoisted myself up onto her light brown saddle. I swished her reins to get her moving. "Where are we going?" She asked as she trotted forward. "Deeper into the woods, I'm too lazy to walk..." I said as I turned around, laying me head against the back side of her neck. Where we were right now was in a secret little clearing that had river, somewhat, near to us. Epona suddenly reared up, making me fall off, face first. "Come on, lazybones... You know what? I'll race you to the woods. So I can beat you... Again." She said as she dragged her front left hoof across the ground, challenging me. I transformed and growled a growl of conceit. I honestly had a slight ego when it came to some things, such as racing. "You remember where the spot is right?" I asked, crouching down. "Of course I do." She whinnied. "1... 2... GO!" We both took off, constant pounding against the ground. 'Alright... Yes!' I thought as I passed by Epona. Wait... Why is she slowing down? I stared at her, not paying attention to where I was going. "Ouch!" I yelped as I head-butted a tree, at full speed. The force knocked me backwards and I stumbled into a bush of thorns, just my luck. I winced as I strained myself to my paws. I could hear Epona's horse-like laughter. "This never happened..." I said, shamefully as I transformed back into my Hylian form. I could feel my face becoming hot from embarrassment. "Now... Where are those sticks?" I asked myself, walking away. Epona came trotting along happily behind me, stifling her laughter.
