A/N: I have nothing interesting to say, besides the fact that this will be an extremely short chapter... c:

~Author's POV~

~Twilight Realm~

Aurora's mouth hung open as she yawned. She got out of bed and opened the blinds, the bright morning sun blinding her. Demise stirred in his sleep, mumbling something incoherent. Aurora smiled warmly before making her way out into the hallway then trudging downstairs, straight into the kitchen. "Breakfast..." She mumbled to herself. Aurora glanced into the fridge and pulled out some bacon, eggs and milk. She opened the pantry and got some pancake mix along with some coffee. Then she turned on the stove, which was nearby, so it could heat up. While she waited she poured some milk and pancake mix into a medium sized bowl, then began stirring. Once she was happy with the somewhat soupy mix, she poured some of it into the pan that was on the stove and waited for it to cook. "This is going to be a LONG morning..." Aurora sighed.

~45 Minutes Later~

Aurora had cooked, arranged the food on the plates, made coffee, set the table, and was now relaxing. From the velvety red sofa Aurora heard someone walk downstairs. She turned around to see Demise retrieving himself a cup of coffee, not putting anything in it, and took a sip. Aurora shivered. 'I have absolutely no idea how he drinks his coffee black, it tastes terrible.' Aurora thought as she noticed something atypical... Midna and Ghirahim had not come down for breakfast. "Demise, do you think we should go check up on the kids?" Aurora asked, slightly concerned. Demise nodded and made is way up the stairs, Aurora following close behind. Demise twisted the handle to their kids room and opened the door, a loud creak emanating through the room. Aurora, relived, sighed as she entered the room. A lump in each bed had the two parents thinking that their children were still sleeping, but they were soon proven wrong. "Come on, ti-" Aurora was mortified as she pulled back the covers of Ghirahim's bed, only to find several pillows stacked atop one another. Demise then slowly pulled back Midna's covers, but instead of finding their daughter, he found pillows. Just like in Ghirahim's bed. "Demise, you don't think they..." Aurora trailed off, unwilling to finish the sentence. "They might've... Overheard us talking one night and just left." Demise said, making Aurora's worst fear come true. "They... Couldn't have gone far right?" Aurora asked, hugging Demise for comfort. "No, they can't be that far away..." Demise said. "GUARDS!" Denise called. The castles guards rushed to meet their king and queen. "You called for us, Your Highness?" The lieutenant asked. "Our children have gone missing, send out every search guard and only return when you've found the children or clues as to where they could be." Demise ordered. "Sir, yes sir!" The soldiers saluted their king and dispatched to find the kids. "I hope they find them Demise..." Aurora said as she dragged her husband downstairs, back to the kitchen for breakfast. Demise sat down beside her and spoke, "I hope so, too, I hope so..."
