Thomas

Thomas walked in the rain hoping not to get anymore surprises. He had started his walk in the morning and now the sky was about to turn into a pitch black cloud of darkness. He sighed, what could a boy do to actually talk about his feelings with the boy that he liked.  Thomas was almost at his house when he felt his phone vibrating in his pocket, he quickly picked it up and answered without looking at the caller ID.

"Hello, who's this?", he sighed, he didn't want to be rude but due to the lack of sleep and food he didn't have the energy to act happy. He then heard a sniffle and he Immediately knew that it was Dylan. His mode changed from tired and bored to worried and sympathetic. What had happened? Dylan was so happy just minutes ago.

"I-It's Dylan, c-can I-I come o-over?", as soon as Thomas heard the first stutter he knew that something bad had happened to his best friend.

"Of course Dyl, you don't have to ask that, you can just bloody come over whenever you'd like.", Thomas nodded and smiled, he hoped that Dylan didn't think he sounded angry since he wasn't, he was just worried about him.

"A-alright I-I'll b-b-be t-there I-in fifteen?", he smiled at the response, he would once again be alone with Dylan, even if it was just to talk, it still gave him a warm and fuzzy feeling in his stomach. It was something he couldn't explain, other than with love of course. Despite how he felt, Thomas knew that Dylan might not be ready to hear about his feelings for him just yet. He knew that he had to put his feelings aside and be there for his friend, just like he always did.
