Mahrukh's pov:

Why? Why? Why?
Becca needs to wake up today!
I need to hear her mock Louis or laugh at one of his terrible jokes. My best friend just laying there, my boyfriend in tears breaking down at the sight of his sister. I can't do this.
"Hello?" It was the nurse. Out of everyone she's the person I didn't want to see.
"Any improvements?" She asked.
I looked at her with the tears streaming down my pink cheeks  and shook my head slowly. I knew what this meant.
"I'll give her ten more minutes" she spoke.
Great! I got up from the chair and sat on the end of Becca's bed.
"Come on Becca, you can make it through this, they're giving you ten more minutes, please do this for us, you can't put us through this! We love you so much!" ... "Becca!!!" By now my eyes were flooding with tears and Becca still hasn't moved. What can I do? Then I heard whispers. It was Niall. He's been quiet about all of this, like he doesn't believe what's happened, he's still extremely shocked and hasn't eaten in quite a while now.  It's not good for him at all.
"Becca, please, just remember our memories, the park, the aquarium, telling dad the wrong directions to our friends house so we could go to the beach. Come on Becca, please, just remember". Then I saw the nurse stood at the side of me. No! It couldn't of been ten minutes already. It couldn't have been. Now Niall and Louis have both saw her. We all know what this means. We're loosing her. Sister, girlfriend and best friend. "This c-c-can't b-be ha-hap-happening" Louis cried. We're were all an emotional wreck. Not one of us had a stable mind right now. You can understand why.
The nurses face was pink like she'd heard everything Niall had said and had even let a few tears rolling down her face. How could she do this, see families suffer on a day to day basis? "Please Becca, just squeeze my hand, I can't loose you, ever, certainly not now!" Niall cried even more. "Becca" I croaked.
"I'm so sorry" the nurse jittered.
She walked over to the machines that were at the side of Becca's bed and started writing things down, I'm guessing it was more details since she did the same kind of thing earlier. Please tell me I'm just dreaming right now. Yes, it's just a bad dream. Who am I kidding? Of course it's not a bad dream. The nurse paced out of the room and came back in a few minutes later but without the paper she had just been writing on. Behind her was a doctor, the one that had helped Becca when she collapsed. He was lovely but seeing him here right now made me absolutely hate him. He walked over to the machines and looked over at becca. We all did. Wait! Her hand moved, she's just squeezed Niall's hand.
"Becca are you awake, please give us another signal" the doctor said quickly.
We all waited. There wasn't one sound. It was pure silence.
"I......love....... you..........all" Becca whispered.
We were all in so much shock.
"I love you more, I can't loose you" Niall said.
" you stole my heart Becca, I love you too" Louis said straight after.
" I love you too Becca, I always will" I reacted.
We all just looked at the doctor with hope.
He gave us a small smile, but then...

*beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep*
