Secret siblings...

Lillys pov:

We were all sat around Beccas hospital bed when the tall, white machine next to her started beeping like mad. I saw Harry run to get help and everyone else was shouting Beccas name.
"Please Becca" I said quietly. I have just arrived and just saw Becca like this. I'm shocked. We couldn't get hold of Beccas parents because they moved away to live in LA and let Becca stay living in their house. We were all rushed out of the room as doctors fled in. We were told to sit and wait where we were before in the waiting area. Everyone was silent and it's never silent when we're all together but this time there was literally nothing to say and it would be a bit awkward to break that long silence. After 10 minutes Harry spoke "guys don't worry the doctors are helping her everything will be alright you can trust the doctors. They're trained to deal with things like this". "I know Harry but everything is just weird, like she's never collapsed before so it just comes as a huge shock but Harry is right guys the doctors deal with stuff like this all the time we have to stay strong for Becca and not worry" Klaudia said. For the next ten minutes we were muttering random things and Niall was getting impatient. He was really nervous and was rocking forwards and backwards in his sqeaky, plastic chair. At that moment the doctor came in and to be honest i think we are all sick of seeing his face. "Right we've finished and she's stable" he said proudly.
"Is she awake?" Gasped Mah and Zayn at the exact same time.
"She opened her eyes just before I left" he told us all.
"OMG!! So we can see her?" Louis said excitedly.
"Actually, no, she asked for just Niall and Lilly" the doctor told him. I saw Louis' face completely drop. "Oh" was all he said then he went and sat on the chair in the corner and held his head in his hands. He is wearing himself out! Me and Niall went into Beccas room and sat at each side of her bed.
"What's up sis?" Niall asked.
It's kinda weird hearing him call her sis because none of them know what Niall and Becca are twins. They've thought about it but none of them know exactly and Becca hasn't even told any of her friends but obviously I've always knew because I'm their cousin.
"Okay, this...isn't fair" she said weakly.
"The doctor told me they've all been here from when I got here and they deserve to know the truth. I've told Louis but I can't face him because he probably thinks I'm stupid now"
"Nobody thinks you're stupid" I said.
"Will you both go and get them all" age asked us kindly.
"Sure" we replied.
We went to get everybody and they were all confused but they followed us into Beccas room.
"Hey Becca thank god your ok" Liam said.
"I thought we lost you" Mah continued.
"Becccaaaaa" Louis was so happy. He ran up and hugged her.
"Ouch Lou" she said.
"Omg I'm really sorry" he replied.
"No, I'm sorry I collapsed after telling you" she defined
"Don't worry about it all that matters is that you're okay now" Lou smiled.
"Awwwwwwww" everyone else said.
"Shut up" they both laughed.
Wow that think so much alike.
"I have something to tell you all" she said quickly.
"Yeah, what's that?" Asked em.
"Remember Louis dared me to tell you my biggest secret?" She asked.
"Yeah? What about it?" They all questioned.
"Well.... The thing is......" She paused.
"Me and Niall are twins"...
