"I found your ring." I commented as I held out the ring. "Ah, thanks!" He responded. He stared at me and said, "I think it wanted you to find it." I blushed and giggled, "Maybe it did."
I looked around to see that we were the last fans there. Macy was flirting with Brandon. "Is that your friend?" Zach asked. "Yeah, she's a little intrusive if you ask me." I replied. "Nah, all fans are like that." Zach responded.
It got kinda awkward after that, so I walked over to Macy, who was hugging Brandon. "C'mon, we should go now." I suggested. "Can we stay?" Macy asked. "I have a lot of stuff to do tomorrow." I replied. "Tomorrow is Saturday!" Macy commented. "Yeah, but the things I have to do are very important." I lied.
All I had to do the next day was shop for new clothes.
"Okay, I guess we're gonna leave now. Bye, Brandon." Macy whined. "Bye, it was nice meeting you!" Brandon responded. We walked out of the room.
As we got to our car, Zach ran up to us. He held out his phone and asked, "Can I get your name and number?" Macy smiled at me, then got into the car.
"Yeah," I said. I added my contact to his phone and asked, "Why do you want my number?" "What do you mean?" He questioned. "Out of all the girls you meet everyday. Or do you get their numbers too?" I mocked, as I smiled and folded my arms. "Like I said, I think the ring wanted you to find it." He replied, then walked back inside the building.
I rolled my eyes then got into the car.
You could guess what happened when I got home... But you'd probably be wrong because my parents didn't even notice I was gone.
He didn't call or text me the next day, but I did get some nice clothes from the mall!
It was the typical result of giving someone your number, they don't call or text for a few days.
The next day, it rained in the morning. I loved the rain though, so it didn't really matter. I took a bath, ate an omelette, and played the piano.
A number I didn't know called my phone. I answered it and a guy asked, "What are you wearing?" "Excuse me?" I asked, "Who is this?" "It's Zach." He replied, as he was laughing. "Oh, wow." I responded. "What are you doing?" He asked. "Playing the piano." I replied. "Haha, you got me!" He exclaimed. "What, you think you're the only talented one?" I asked. "So you think I'm talented, huh?" He teased. "No, I didn't say... Yes, you're talented. Okay, are you happy now?" I said, and then laughed.
"Why do I keep thinking about you?" He asked. "Why do I keep rolling my eyes at all the shit that comes out of your mouth?" I asked. He laughed and responded, "I'm being serious."
My brother came up to me and said, "Rosie, Samuel's here, and he wants to talk to you." I sighed. "Who's Samuel?" Zach asked. "I have to go, bye." I said, then hung up.
I walked to the front door to see Samuel. He stood there, tall with broad shoulders and blonde hair. He was prettier than my grandmother's pearls. I thought about all of the good things about him, then I remember he cheated on me.
"Hey." He greeted. "Why are you here?" I asked coldly. "I wanted to talk to you," He replied, "Can we talk outside for a minute?"
I walked outside and closed the door behind me.
"Look... I know I moved and that was kinda bad for our relationship but..." He began to say. I interrupted, "That was kinda bad for our relationship? Try you cheating on me was bad for our relationship!" "I know, and you know I'm sorry, but I really think we can make it work!" He exclaimed. "No, we can't. I don't love you anymore, I don't even like you anymore. I've moved on, so please leave me alone. I don't want you here because you hurt me really bad." I responded, and a teardrop fell down my cheek. "Okay, I'll leave you alone." He agreed, then left.
