Three weeks later Szuzannas POV

Three weeks passed, and i felt so much better. My ribs were healing fast, and i grew stronger. I wasnt sleeping as much as i did before, and i was not so tyred anymore, but one thing just didnt want to leave me alone. My nightmares. Nearly every night, i had a dream that made me scream, and it was even more disturbing when Ani spent the night with me. So nearly every night. But not just i was fighting with dreams! Anakin did the same, and i became worryed.

'Ani, the dreams dont leave you alone, because you are thinking about them all the time!' I said, as one night, he was sitting on the ground, and was staring out through the window. I knelt down in front of him, still a little slowly, but finally i could move without help.
'What should i do? I cant just forget them!' Seing such a pain in his eyes was heart breaking.
'You should believe that they are just dreams, not the reality! Padme is healty, and the babys too!' He looked into my eyes, and shook his head.
'No, Szuzanna! You are the one who have to believe me when i say: it is the future!'
'Ani...'
'I know how it feels, i felt the same when i was dreaming about my mother, and she is dead now! I couldnt do anything because i didnt know that its real, but now i know! And i wont let this happen again!' I shivered from his cold voice.
'What do you want to do?'
'Nothing!' He whispered, and i grabbed his hand.
'Ani, tell me!'
'I will save her, and our babys! I promise that i will!' His eyes were sparkling.
'But how?'
'I ve already told you! I dont care how!' My mouth went dry.
'Anakin, tell me that you dont want to...'
'Join to the dark side? If thats the only solution, yes.'
'Its not a solution, its a tragedy! I wont let you do it! I will stop you, wheather you want it or not, and wheather it takes!' He smiled weakly, and kissed my forhead.
'I dont want you to be my number one enemy! It would be painful.'
'For who? For you or for me?' He didnt answer.

Anakins POV

Palpatine asked me to visit him. I knew that something was not all right with him, after he told me to kill Duku, and i did. And for revange. A real jedi would never do such a thing, and i felt like i was not on the good way anymore. Szuzanna felt it, thats why she is so worryed lately, she knew that i am in danger. The dark side wanted me, i clearly felt it, and honestly, i wanted to be more powerful. Strong enough to save Padme.
But i mnew that i cant be enough strong as a simple jedi knight. I didnt want to join to the dark side, it was the last option, because i know how painful it would be for Szuzanna. I didnt want her to suffer, but i couldnt let Padme die. It was not acceptable.

As i stepped into his office, i felt something cold in the air of the room. He was standing in front of the huge window, and didnt turn to me as i arrieved.

'Anakin, finally! Come here and watch out!' I did what he asked. 'Tell me what you see!' I saw the city, the crowd around us. He looked into my eyes. 'So?'
'I see the city, Coruscant.'
'Nothing more?' I narrowed my eyes.
'What should i see?' He smiled.
'You should see the opportunity, and the future of this city!'
'What?' He shook his head.
'Never mind! What about your dreams? Are you better?' I felt the strange weight on my heart again.
'No, they are still the same.' He nooded sympathically.
'And it scares you, right?'
'A jedi is never scared!' He laughed.
'Amakin, i know you! Dont lie to me!' I looked down to the ground.
'I am worryed a little. But thats all.' He smiled, and started walking around the office without a word.
'Maybe you temember, that i was once talking about a Sith, who could defeat death! It was not yesterday, but maybe...'
'I remember!' My heart started to beat faster.
'Perfect.'
'What about him?' He shook his head.
'Nothing, i just wandered if you want to be as powerful as him, or not.'
'What are you talking about?' I asked.
'You know that your dreams are telling the future, Anakin! You know that as much as i do. Thats why you are scared, because you want to save your wife, but with the Force, you cant!' I swallowed hard.
'You are right.' He stepped next to me again.
'But there is another way to save her!'
'How? Tell me how?'
'With the power of the dark side! You can learn how to defeat death, you are strong enough Anakin! Dont waste you time on the jedi order, they cant give you what you need! But the dark side can! I can!' My heart skipped a beat and i pulled out my light saber. He didnt move.
'What do you know about the dark side?'
'I know that it can help you! Thats the only thing that can help you!' My breathing went faster. I didnt know what to do.
'You are the Sith master! You betrayed my friendship!' He shook his head.
'I ve never done that! But this world must be ruled by the Siths. By you and me!' I shook my head and stepped back.
'I am not a Sith!'
'Not yet. You know my secret, go and tell the Council. If you are not a Sith, than you are a jedi, and thats what a jedi should do.' I hesitated. My hands were shaking. 'Betray me, and nobody can save Padme from death!' I couldnt take it anymore. I turned around and ran out of the office, back to my room. I knew that i should go to the Council, but something stopped me. Palpatin was right, the power of the jedis are not enough to save her, but how could i do it? Whatever i do, i will betray someone. But who?
I laid down, and before i could even realise, i fall asleep.

I was sitting on top of Szuzanna, and i pinned down her bleeding arms. She was crying and her body was shaking under me.
'Ani! Ani please dont! Its not you Anakin stop! ' she begged, and her eyes were sparkling with fear. I was happy to see it. 'Ani! Ani!'

'I opened my eyes and i was gasping for air, while Szuzanna was standing right in front of me with worryed eyes.
'Another nightmar?' She asked, and i could still feel how happy i was to see her suffer.
'Yes, but it was not about Padme!'
'Who was in your dream than?' I stood up and hugged her.
'You. I was dreaming about you.' She looked into my eyes.
'Ani... '
'Shhh!' I covered her mouth with my fingers. 'I didnt mention, but it was not my first dream about you. And in my dream, i.....hurt you! I cause you pain and i enjoy it!' She grabbed my wrist and removed my hand from her mouth.
'Anakin, stop! You scares me! Maybe you should relax a little! I will talk to Obi-Van about you!' I grabbed her arm, more violently than i wanted.
'Dont, its not his business! He cant help me!'
'Than who can Anakin? Who?' She jelled, and i let go of her. 'I am scared that you will do something silly, and i want to stop you! You dont let me help you, you dont let anyone help you, than what do you want? Padme needs you, the Council needs you, Obi-Van needs you and i need you Ani! Please, let me help you!' I walked to the window.
'I know what to do, Szuzanna! I will protect you and Padme!'

Szuzannas POV

He was so strage, i felt that something went wrong. I wanted to help him, but he locked himself away, and i couldnt reach him. He was not all right, i was sure about it.
'Whats your plan?' I asked, and he turned around to see me.
'I am sorry! ' he said, than hurryed out of the room. I was staring after him with desbelief and i felt the smell of the darkness in the air.
