I reach out to Toby's side of the bed my eyes open only to find Toby's side empty I bolt right up confused. "Toby?" I whimper feeling cold not in his safe, Warm arms I stand up wrapping my black robe around me. I slowly walk into the bathroom where I see Toby in the shower with his head in his hands "Toby you okay?" I ask nervously he slowly nods not raising his head from his hands "Come and talk to me after you get out" I shut the door Laying back on the bed I swear he barley slept last night. I understood where he was coming from about this dad I just hoped he would give him a shot. Toby shortly comes out wearing a pair of black track suit pants and a white t-shirt I pat his pillow he smiles laying down next to me kissing my cheek "Baby talk to me" I plead he sighs rubbing my thighs "I found out where my dad is living" I nod for him to continue "He's actually  in New York" I raise both eyebrows smiling "Toby that's great when are the earliest flights?" He laughs shaking his head I take his face in my hands rubbing his soft cheeks "Don't let this chance go Toby Come on I'll come with you" Toby smiles kissing my forehead "I don't know what I'd do without you honestly" I grin foolishly kissing him softly "I love you"

Toby had finally called his dad tracking down his number his dad seemed really excited to see him again. Toby was incredibly happy by the outcome we would leave at the end of the week not being able to get any earlier. I was packing the kids bag when Harley walks in looking rather upset "What's wrong?" I ask while continuing to pack his suitcase "Mummy what if poppy doesn't like me?" He asks frowning I zip up the suitcase sitting on the bed patting my thighs he sits on my lap "He will love you just like your dad and I love you he's never met you before so it'll take a little while until he gets to know you but he'll love you" He nods probably still not fully convinced but I don't press the matter any longer "What about Daddy's mummy where is she?" My heart stops we hadn't told him the story about Marion Toby didn't like to talk about "She died years ago" I'm shocked when I hear Toby say that he slowly walks in sitting down next to me "She was pushed off a building I loved her very much but you know what she lived a happy life. And she'd be watching over you smiling" Harley nods smiling showing his gap he lost his 2 front teeth he looked adorable. Harley walks out of the room I grab toby's hand "That couldn't of been easy" Toby smiles sadly grabbing my hand kissing my knuckles lightly "It wasn't but it's okay"
