Emberlynn's pov:
I was forced to wake up. I couldn't say I was forced out of bed since I don't have a proper bed to sleep in. Waking up early was like a daily routine for me I had to wake up early to work like a slave for these people I hate staying here but I have no other choice.
That boy from next do-- Calum he seems quite nice and really curious about a lot of stuff but I don't fully trust him to let him in the house so I just talk to him outside. I wouldn't mind if he came here everyday to ask me questions about this neighborhood, but he can't stay here long as it's dangerous. I have no friends around here so it's really nice that he comes here to see me, but I'm really scared that those evil kidnappers will see him over here and keep him here like a slave too.
I have to do a lot of housework over here and it's not just little chores it's actual house work they treat me like a slave. I wish I could just get out of this place and find my family that I haven't seen in about 12 years now. I have been in the papers as a missing child but I'm sure no one would recognise me since I've grown since then. So there's no escape, or maybe there is I thought. Calum might be able to help me out of here.
He told me that he'll come over tonight, but I'm still not gonna let him in because I can't fully trust him, I just met him two days ago. He seems like the kinda guy who wants to know everything about everything with nothing in his way to stop him from finding out what he needs to know. He seems like a really nice person too.
I still can't believe that he actually came here, doesn't he know the consequences of going to a place you're warned not to go to? He must be really brave to actually come here when people told him not to. I will let him come here everyday if he wants to. Besides I have no friends over here and I'm really lonely and it's really nice to spend time with people when you're all alone.
I hope those kidnappers don't see him over here, cause if they do I know it's not gonna end very well.
