Chapter 16//Spies

Emberlynn's pov:
Why was Calum so hesitant to tell me that he told Michael that I was kidnapped? It's okay since he introduced me to him it's not like he told some creep I don't know or something. "So what's today's question?" I ask him. "Wait, you're not mad at me?" He says. "No, of course not" I say. "Okay, so I wanted to ask you are you treated badly or...?" He says. "I'm actually treated okay, but I would say that that okay is more on the bad side" I answer him.

"I should leave now it's almost 5:00 am maybe I'll bring Mikey along with me the next time I come here" he says. "Bye I'll see you soon" I say. "Yeah, see you soon too" he says. And leaves.

Calum's pov:
"Mikey I cannot believe she was actually okay with the fact that I told you that she was kidnapped" I tell Michael. "I know me too, I mean like I thought that she would be like I can't trust you anymore and then just tell you to leave" He replies. "Oh, and by the way she said she is treated okay but closer to badly" I tell him. "We are definitely gonna help that girl escape" he says. "Yeah, but first we need to know more" I say. "Of course we do" he says.

"So are you willing to come with me today?" I ask him. "Where?" He asks. "To Emberlynn's house obviously" I say. "Yeah, sure" he says.

Luke's pov:
"Ash have you noticed how weird Cal and Mikey have been acting lately?" I ask Ashton. "I know" he says. "There's gotta be something they're keeping from us" I say. "There definitely is, I can tell you that" Ashton says. "We should find out what it is" I say. "But how?" He asks me. "Spying you stupid" I say. "Are we actually gonna spy on them? And I'm not stupid" he replies. "Yes we are, and I'm sorry for calling you stupid" I say. "But how are we gonna do it without them noticing?" He asks. "I'll make a plan and tell you about it later" I say. "Okay" he replies.

"Ash, I realized that Cal goes somewhere at night when we're asleep otherwise which other time could he go" I say. "Yeah, he probably does" he says. "That's probably also the reason he can't wake up properly in the morning" I say. "You've got a point there buddy" he replies. "So, I was thinking that we could pretend to be asleep till he starts to leave and after that we follow him, then we hide somewhere and watch him" I say. "Good idea, but what if we get caught?" he says. "I'll think of something to do if that happens but as long as we hide in a good hiding place and keep really silent I doubt it'll happen" I say.

Ashton's pov:
I hope Luke's plan is good enough if they catch us we're so gonna be in a huge fight because of it. I know they're gonna find out eventually. I don't even know what plans Luke has in mind.

Calum's pov:
"Mikey you ready yet?" I asked Michael. "Yeah" he replies. "Luke and Ash are asleep now right?" I say. "I suppose so" he says. "I hope she doesn't mind us coming earlier, or hopefully the kidnappers aren't there" I say. "Hopefully" he replies. We slowly and silently leave the house.

Luke's pov:
I have my plans in mind now. We ought to leave now I guess or we won't know where to go or where they went. "Ash we need to leave as soon as we possibly can you better be ready whenever " I tell Ashton. "Yeah, I'm ready just tell me whenever we are going" he replies. "I think we are gonna have to leave now cause otherwise we'd lose them" I tell him. "Okay then let's go" he replies. We start to creep out of our room. We soon find that they went to the house next to ours.

Michael's pov:
We reached Emberlynn's house and hastily and hesitantly knocked on the door and hoped that she and only she would open it. "I hope none of those kidnappers who live here open the door" Calum says. "Yeah, me too" I say. The door opened and luckily it was Emberlynn who opened it.

Luke's pov:
"I heard something about someone being kidnapped or something like that" I tell Ashton. "What about kidnapping?" Ashton asks. "I don't really know let's go a bit closer" I say. "Okay, whatever" he says. I can tell he's already bored of this. "You didn't wanna do this, did you?" I question him. "I don't mind it" he says. "I can promise you it's gonna get interesting" I say. "Let's just wait and see" he tells me. "Yeah" I say.

Calum's pov:
"The kidnappers went to wherever they go right?" I ask Emberlynn. "Yeah, they go early sometimes, and today happened to be one of those times" she said. "So, looks like we missed them" Michael says. "Yep" she says. "We were lucky they left early tonight" I say. "Yeah really lucky" Michael repeats.

Ashton's pov:
I don't really like the idea of spying on Calum and Michael but I'm just going with it cause Luke might think I have something to do with it. When I actually have nothing to do with it. I don't even know one thing about it. So now I just have to go with Luke's plans. I don't even know what he has in mind.

"Who's that girl?" I ask Luke. "I don't know" he says. "Ash, are you thinking what I'm thinking?" He adds. "No, what's on your mind Luke?" I say. "They're trying to kidnap her, I think" he answers. "What?! Why would they do that?" I ask. "I don't know okay, let's just listen and watch what happens" he says. "Okay" I say.

Michael's pov:
"Um, Emberlynn are you the only one they kidnapped?" Calum asks Emberlynn. "No, they kidnap many other people" she answers him. "Really?" I ask. "Yeah" she replies.

Luke's pov:
"So the girls name is Emberlynn, is that even a name?" I say. "It probably is but a really rare name" Ashton says. "So, what did you hear Ash?" I ask him. "I just kept hearing the word kidnapped" he replies. "I heard the words kidnapped, many other people and yeah" I say. "Do you think that all three of them wanna kidnap lots of people?" I ask him. "Maybe, I'm not sure we could be wrong" he replies.
