(Flashback: How Leah & Michael met)
"Hey Kayla this is like my fifth time calling...WAKE UP AND STOP IGNORING ME" I said getting angry
"Why you yelling baby girl ?" My dad said said walking into my room
"No reason I'm just over Kayla right now" I said throwing my phone on the bed and rolling my eyes "Dad can I borrow some money" I asked smiling at him
"Look under your pillow" He said smiling and leaving my room
I love my dad he spoils me so much my mom gets mad about it's kinda funny. I walked toward my pillow and pulled out sixty dollars "This isn't enough for me but it'll do" I said putting it in my wallet
My phone rang "Hello ?"
"Leah have you heard from Kayla ?" Marcus asked
"No she isn't answering it's just going to be us because John is going to be there and you know that my fake boo" I said laughing
"Do I really have to go ?" He asked
"Marcus" I said exhaling and putting my head down "of course you're going because I'm going and you wouldn't want to see your girl best friend go to a party all by herself with a whole bunch of boys and God knows what is going to happen and plus you love me" I said walking towards my closet and putting a outfit together
"You're right" He said exhaling
"Of course I am, be by my house around eight"
"Ok but Leah I need to tell you something" He said
"I gotta call you back Kayla is calling me" I said hanging up "Hello ?"
"Sorry It took me so long to call back I had to wait till my mom was sleep you ready ?" She asked
"I'm getting in the shower now call Mark he's picking me up at eight" I said rushing to hang up
"Okay call me when out" She said hanging up
I threw my phone on my bed and walked over to my dresser when I notice the new neighbors outside talking and having fun. I started to laugh when one of the boys fell on his butt I guess they heard me because one of the boys smiled and waved at me, I panicked a little bit but waved back "Ok Leah maybe that was a sign from God to stop being nosy and get in the shower" I said to myself backing away from my window. I laid my clothes out and grabbed everything I needed for my shower I walked out my room and towards my bathroom
"LEAH" My mom yelled
I exhaled and rolled my eyes, I walked over to my mom's room but she wasn't in there I rolled my eyes and walked back over to the bathroom. I folded my robe and towel on the sink and put my hair in a high ponytail.
"LEAH MICHELLE" My mom yelled
"YES ?" I yelled opening the door
"COME HERE WE HAVE GUESTS" She yelled sounding like she was trying to be sweet
"I'm coming" I said rolling my eyes, I walked downstairs and into the living room
"Bout time" My mom said laughing "This is my daughter Leah"
"Hi" I said fake smiling and waving
"These are our new neighbors and they just came to say hello" She said smiling
"Well hello" I said smiling
"Hi my name is Lisa and these are my boys Justin, Michael and my baby boy Chris" She said smiling
