Levi walked Róisín down to the first floor bar. After a long negotiation with a drunken john, it was decided that Levi would tell Róisín everything to spare him the embarrassment of john's opinion being inflicted upon her. John was dissatisfied but it was allowed after he threw up over bedspread and required a lie down.

Levi walked over to a (moderately) nice booth in the corner of the room. She followed him with an uneasy look on her face. She wondered how much of what he had told her was true and what he could have lied about .he hollered over a waitress and ordered them both a glass of red wine. When the waitress returned, with both glasses of wine in hand, she looked surprised to see Levi. The waitress looked as though she had seen him before and Levi looked the same.

"Do you two know each other?" asked Róisín curiously. They exchanged a glance, "Róisín, I am honestly very sorry..." he did not appear to be lying, his eyes welled up and his voice cracked "this is my fiancée Camille".

Róisín was beyond annoyed, how could he have been dating her if he was engaged. She had to break up with him. She couldn't be dating a man who was already engaged. she picked up both glasses of red wine throwing one in each of their faces "consider this me setting you free" she stormed out of the room , her heels demanding attention as she walked .

She stormed angrily to her room, slamming the door behind her .she bolted the door with the chain, locked it with her key and sat down against it. She sank to the floor with her head in her hands, sobbing. She realised that what she was feeling was more than anger, it was sadness. Complete and utter sadness and that was what made her angry. She wept heavily into her duvet -she had retrieved earlier.

The door started to creak and moan beneath her weight. The hinges screeched and a screw dropped bouncing against the carpet . The door buckled, crashing to the floor. Heads popped out from rooms along the corridor. Her cheeks turned red, embarrassed. The girls from the room next door ventured towards her, helping her up and lifting the door to place it against the wall.

One minute later, Levi turned up.

"Oh my god... Rosie are you ok?" She turned sharply to face him and walked back towards the doorway .

"Leave me alone, Levi, you lost every right to give a damn about me when you made me the mistress of this situation"

"But Rosie ..."

"No, Levi, leave me the fuck alone ".

The look on Levi's face was priceless; the only thing that could add to the moment would be a door to slam in his face. Of course there was no door; it had collapsed in her mad rage. They stood there idly until she decided to do something about the awkward silence. She smacked him, hard and fast and straight across the face, leaving him wincing and running for his door. The remaining people on the corridor looked astonished as she must not appear to be the aggressive sort. She backed away slowly into her room, to sit on her bed.

For that night, she hung the sheet off her bed from her doorframe to cover the gap where her door had been. It may not have been perfectly fitted and the odd guy may have tried to sneak a peek through the gaps but it would have to do until the headmaster came to question her about it in the morning.

"What the hell happened to the door, Róisín?"

She wondered how she was going to explain this." I know, it's a mystery!"
