Chapter 5

Sorry for the wait guys(: busyness trying to figure out how I want this to happen :P but finally here's chapter 5

I woke up again to someone shaking me "Riley" grr people "Riley" I sigh and slowly open my eyes, I see jaydens gorgeous blue eyes staring into mine he smiles "you sure can sleep huh" I sit up and look over at the clock he has I feel my heart stop 4:30 ! fuck zacks going to kill me. "Whats wrong?" I get off the bed "I have to go" I rush into the bathroom and change into his sisters clothes as mine where still wet, I pick up my clothes leave the bathroom and head for his door "what? Why ? Where are you going?" Should I tell him? I mean I just slept well not slept slept but I mean spent the night at his house with him... Could I just tell him? What am i suppose to tell him Oh to my boyfriends house because you know I have a boyfriend even tho I spent the night at your house basically drooling over you in my head but don't worry I'm not a whore? But I mean it's not like I had sex with him? "I just have to go Jayden" I reach his front door he's still close behind, as I pull the door open his hand blocks it "Jayden move! I have to go" I feel him step closer to me "when can I see you again" I feel his breath down my back I get a chill he wants to see me again? I blush...but I can't no no I love Zack. But does that mean we can't be friends? Of course or does get a grip Riley! "I don't think we can Jayden" "why not?" I sigh "we are from two different worlds you dad said it last night I'm a drug attic. Plus I grew up I'm the streets... It was survival of the fitness out there, you grew up I'm bucking ham palace sucking on a silver spoon... I'm sorry Jayden I just can't." I push his hand away from the door swing the door open and run. No way could I be his friend, there's something about him.. I can't explain it but I knew if I spent time with him id probably grow feelings for him and I refuse to let that happen.. Me and Zack made a pack a long time ago that nothing nor no one would come In between us..

*Flash back*

I feel pain shoot up my arm as he pulled me to my feet before smacking me as hard has he could, that would have knocked me off my feet if he wasn't holding me up "You little piece of sh*t you try'd to run away again! With a boy no dought your little slut!" I whimper as he hold me up by the hair I close my eyes as I feel them stinging with tears suddenly I fall to the floor I look up and see Zack standing between me and my father who was now on the floor, He was yelling something at me but I couldn't quite make out his words he shook me "Riley Go! Get up! Lets go!" I feel his hands on my waste as me pushes me up letting my body know it had to run so I did he followed. We didn't stop until both our lungs where burning "Riley are you ok" I look at him he looks concerned he walks up to me and pulls me face up and examines it, he pushed my hair back a little I hiss as his fingers brush my face, he presses his lips together "this ones going to take a while to heal Riley and its going to hurt" he grabs my hand and starts walking I look at him Zack is 4 years older than me I'm 8 so that makes him 12, he's tall of his age tho and really brave. If it wasn't for him I'd still be home getting beaten or worse "Riley you should come Stay with me I'd always take care of you" I know he's serious he's asked me to do it before, Zack lives on his own...I trust Zack so why not "o-ok Zack" his head snaps back at me "Really!?" I smile a little and nod he pulls me into a tight hug "I'll always protect you Riley always, nothing nor no one's ever going to come In between us" I nod agents his chest "Promise?" I wrap my arms around him tightly "Promise"

*End*

I fully intend to keep the promise..because I ment it and I still do..Zack started taking care of me at a young age but he did everything he could for me..and I for him, it's been 11 years I've been at his side and that's where I intend to stay no matter what, I finally get to the house maybe zacks at work? I open the door and see Zack sitting on the sofa his hands in his hair "Zack?" His head snaps up, but he doesn't look angry he looks Relieved and here I was expecting a fight? He doesn't say anything he just get up and hugs me I hug him back he lets out a sigh "I'm sorry baby, I didn't mean to leave you I wasn't thinking, I don't know what I would have done if something happened to you" I Barry my face in his chest "it's ok Zack I'm fine, I know you weren't thinking" "I thought you left me..." I pull my head back "why would I do that? We made a promise Zack don't you remember?" He smiles a little "yeah baby I do" I smile back "I'm here to stay Zack weather you like it or not" he leans in "oh I like it baby" "good" "I love you baby" I give him a quick kiss "I love you too" and I mean It I love him so I can't see Jayden anymore..
