*Don't Wanna Be An American Idiot, A Nation Controlled By New Media. And Can You Hear The Sound Of Hysteria? The Subliminal Mind Fuck America* I glanced at the alarm clock- it was 6:50am. I reached over and hit the snooze button.
I opened the curtains, made my bed then went to the toilet to brush my teeth and take a shower.
First impressions last a lifetime I mentally noted. I decided to wear a Green Day(yep, total fan;)) tee shirt, skinny jeans, a pair of converse and some wrist bands. I put on some eye liner and lip gloss going for a simple look and left my hair down.
Ray said we could walk to school together as it was not too far, I shot a quick look at the time. I still had 20 minutes until he came so I went downstairs and made myself some breakfast the door bell rang just as I finished eating. I walked over to the door and opened it.
"Good morning!" I chirped at Ray.
"Well, at least someone's in a good mood!" He smiled, "Are we ready?"
I nodded and closed the door. I took a step outside and felt the Autumn breeze brushing against my skin.
"I'm really exited, ya know?"
"To meet Gerard?" Chuckled Ray as I scowled at him.
I blurted out, "No, well yes, but no... Well maybe? Okay fine, hell fucking yes!"
He laughed and started explained to me how classes would go, the school system is in the US, etc.

We went to the office so I could get my schedule, Ray wished me luck and left me to sign some registration forms.
"Ms.Summers, is it?" Came a voice I didn't recognize.
I turned around to see a tall man who looked at least 40 years old.
"Mr.Brown" he smiled, "I'm the Principal of the High School. Now Alexandra, I've read your previous school records- amazing! You are a straight A student!"
I blushed and nodded.
"You have such impressive former reports! We are so proud to have a pupil like you!" He said enthusiastically.
I nodded and smiled. "I really hope you enjoy this academic year at Belleville High!" He said happily and opened the door for me.
As I left I saw Mikey with a raised eyebrow. "Wow, smartass much!" He chuckled and playfully punched my arm.
"Wel, hello to you too, Mikey!" I laughed.
"You excited?"
"Psshh, hell yes!" I replied.
Mikey smirked and asked, "First class?"
"History-"
"ME TOOOOO!"
"Emm, Senior level, that is." I told him.
He looked sad,"Awwww! Well do you know the way?"
~
I nodded, quickly found my locker to throw in my un-needed books and managed to find my way to class.
I opened the door just as the bell rang, everyone was already in their seats.
The teacher took a look at me, smiled and said, " You must be Ms.Summers!"
What is up with teachers/principal calling you by your surname in the US. Seriously!
I nodded and smiled.
"Well class, this is Alexandra Summers. She has just moved all the way from China! Alexandra is a Junior but she qualifies for Senior Levels in History!" The teacher went on.
