"okay we can stop now if you want" I say looking at my cards

"no, I have to win!" says Nyla aggravated that I've been beating her the whole time

Kian takes a beer from the fridge and comes sit next to me while jc is busy scrolling through tumblr. Kian looks at my cards and smiles because Nyla has no chance of winning.

Nyla furrows her brows and concentrates trying to decide wether to draw another card or stick with the ones she has. Her phone rings indicating that she got a text message. She turns around to disconnect it from the charger and in the split second that she's looking away, Kian plants a kiss on my lips.

"What was that for?" I smile.

Great now my heart is beating fast again.

"I don't know" he shrugs

"I couldn't help myself" he whispers

I smile feeling my cheeks get hot but when I look around I'm relieved that no one seemed to notice.

"Jc at what time are we going to get our tattoos?" asks Kian

"Fuck I can't today I'm taking my little sister to Disneyland" says Jc

"Alright well I'm still going today"

"I'll go" I say

"you'll go?" says kian with a slight smirk on his lips

"sure" I shrug

"alright then" he smiles "let's go"

"now?"

"yea"

I grab my phone and we drive to the tattoo parlor which is only a few minutes away. When we get in I can hear the noise of the buzzing needles and I start to get antsy. Not exactly nervous, but mostly excited. Tattoos fascinate me.

"Kian!" says a guy who is finishing up some bald guys tattoo

"Hey Matt"

"where's Jc?" he asks

"he couldn't come today so I brought Luna instead"

"Luna" he repeats my name and looks at me "Hey" he smirks at me revealing a dimple

Wow. Very very attractive. He's full of body ink up to his neck but damn he's hot.

"Hi" I smile

"This your girlfriend?" he looks at Kian

"no" I say before Kian speaks

"well damn" chuckles Matt looking back at me

"ok ok how about you give me the tattoo now?" asks Kian

"alright" says Matt grabbing a paper with a design on it "you wanted this one right?"

"yea" answers Kian

"Kayla is the newbie here so she'll get you started" says Matt

A girl goes over to Kian who I assume is Kayla and starts printing the design in some sort of ink.

"can you show me around?" I ask Matt genuinely interested in the process

"of course" he smiles showing his dimples again

Kian raises an eyebrow and watches me follow Matt into another room

This place is huge. I admire the pictures on the wall of the celebrities who have gotten tattooed here.

"ever gotten a tattoo?" asks Matt

"No"

"you should. You'd look good in one"
