"Of course I'm coming with you." He smiles, then takes my duffle in his hand.
"Let's go then." Dork.
We get back on the damned plane and fly back to the city. The moment we get off the sky bridge, four burly guys with snake tattoos stop us.
"Miss, you're better off getting back on that plane and hoping we don't find you." I frown.
"I've been on too many planes and connecting flights to feel anything but exhausted at running from the likes of you." Lee glances at me. "I hope you've got a death wish, having that many guns in an airport. I could have the TSA over here in ten seconds," I announce, nodding to a group of officers in the corner of the room.
Apparently, these Vipers were uninterested in getting arrested for acts of terrorism because they turned and scurried out of the airport faster than the average bustling traveler.
"We should go, I don't think the TSA really cares about them and their guns as much as they care about the pretty girl in line," I mumble, pointing to the tan Californian blonde waiting to get her bag checked. Lee nods quickly and starts toward the baggage claim.

We get a taxi to the storage locker I keep my car in and then we go to a hotel.
"Honeymoon suite?" The receptionist asks with a fake smile. Lee laughs and gives his card to her quickly.
"No, I'll get it honey," I say quickly, pulling out a wad of cash. The receptionist, Angie, smiles at me and takes the money. She checks us in under a fake name, the Richardsons in suite 1501. Lee grabs our bags and heads for the elevator. No one else gets in with us, so Lee sets his bags down and stretches his legs as we ascend to the fifteenth floor.
"No credit cards. None at all. Any one with hacking skills can find you that way. Cash only."
"Fine. I will have to visit an ATM sometime then," he yawns. The elevator stops and lets us onto the fifteenth floor. Lee immediately throws himself onto the couch and falls asleep. I, however, am wide awake. I bolt the door and sit down in a chair next to the actor.
He is already unconscious. I smirk and take his shoes off and throw a blanket over him. I turn the lights down and flip through the tv channels until I find a news station.
"After multiple gang attacks, the city is in a state of panic. Local law enforcement presence has had little effect on this epidemic." Shit. We just walked back into this festering city and another vacation is not going to work. I check the locks on the door again and then fall back into the plush chair and try to go to sleep.
