Apart from clothing, there was a book and a few letters. I would invade Mary's privacy and read them later.

The clothing was not something you would usually find in the Box when it came up with clothing. They seemed old fashioned. I picked out a white blouse and a green corset that Newt would later help me tie. I also picked up a pair of brown leather leggings due to the fact that my jeans were ripped and not fashionably! I found a pair of healed lace up boots near the chest. I remember when Alby said I should request a pair like these to "protect" myself. He explained I could injure someone with the heal if nesecary and added he once almost ordered himself a pair. I declined and soon regreted the disition. But let's not dwel on that!

I changed in the bathroom and Newt helped me with the corset. He was gentle like I knew he would be, but if I had to wear corsets now, I have to learn to do it myself.(Stupid fashion!)

We walked out of the hut together and met the other Gladers in the clearing with log seats. They were wearing new clothing. Newt looked like a fairytale prince in his. He wore a blouse and black leather tights. He had lace up boots similar to Peter's. The Gladers were dressed similarly.

"I need to go find Teresa." I whispered to Newt. He looked at me and nodded.

I slipped into the dense crowd of Lost Boys and Gladers. All had adorable bed hair and sleepy expressions. At last when I found Teresa, she stood hand in hand with Thomas. I was not able to identify any Gladers standing next to them. We were surrounded by Lost Boys. I tapped Teresa on the shoulder.

She too wore a corset except hers was black as well as her tights. The outfit suited her black hair that was braided like mine.

She turned around and smiled. When she let go of Thomas's hand he looked at her questioningly, then looked at me and turned red. Teresa was light pink too. I laughed and whisper-shouted "Just date already!!!"
Teresa giggled and Thomas opened his mouth as if to reply, then closed it and shrugged while looking at Teresa. Both were now a shade redder.

I asked Thomas if it was ok if I spoke with Teresa for a moment and he nodded. I lead her out of the crowd and away. We stood near the fire pit. Peter was on a small hill addressing all the boys. They listenedd intently and noddedd occasionally. I spotted Newt amoung them. I did not hear a thing Peter had said, but figured some of the rules would not apply to Teresa and I because Peter was clearly sexist. Even if they did, I have a feeling Pter will fill us in on them personaly.

"Did you hear a thing Peter said? Because I came late." I asked her. "Yeah. He said some obviouse stuff. And im sure you will be happy to hear that nobody is permitted to touch us in any way. Even our boyfriends. That is what Peter said and I personaly do not agree because we have boyfriends for a reason!" I laughed. "You mean I have a boyfriend and you plan on it...but not yet!" She smiled, looked down, and shook her head. "Wait...is there something I am missing here?" I inquired. "Not now! I'll tell you later!" she answered. "Fine." I said. "Do you think Peter will want us to do any special jobs?" I asked. He probably was not going to let us do any harsh work. That is sort of how I was treated in the Glade. I did nit really appreciate it.

Teresa shrugged and lead me back to the crowd and insructed me to listen in case something important was said.

Teresa and I remained after most people had gone to different parts of the camp. I did not see where Newt or Peter went. Truthfully, I was not exactly listening that well.

Suddenly I felt someone put their hand on my shoulder. I grab and twisted. It was Peter. He was smiling. Teresa had a puzzled look on her face. "You've got fire. I like fire." He stated once again. I felt color rush into my cheeks and twisted harder. Peter yelped and dissapeared only to apear behind me. His hands were on my hips from behind and his chest was against my back. "You little klunk." I seethed. I felt his breath on the back of my neck I knew he was smiling. I tried to pull out of his grip, but he was much stronger than I. I looked over and saw Teresa's terrified expression.
