I woke up in a neon green room. Well, it want green, because there were cameras everywhere. It was like a room in which people film movies.
I shook my head. Still dreaming I thought. I was still on the ground, attempting to pinch myself awake. I felt the pain, and my arm was red by now.
People began to flood into the room. They were dressed oddly. Most had bizzare makeup on and their outfitts looked certain objects. Meaning, a lady that looked sort of like an elephant walked by me. Her dress was grey, she had a fake trunk on...or maybe it was real...Her makeup was mostly of grey heus and she was chubby yet tall.
There were other animals and I spotted a crow. They all walked around the room, attempting to talk in different animal sounds. It was loud, but when I saw a gold fish man attemping to converse with a snake woman, I gave up on holding in my laughes. I sat on the floor cackling at the sight.
All the animal and non animal heads turned toward me. I stopped laughing. A male lion walked up to me, took off his muzzle and said in a human-like voice. "It is time to suit you up as well, human." He spat the last part and I cringed. His muzzle looked VERY real. He smiled at me, and reavealed pionty teath that REALLY resembeled a lion's. I gasped.
The lion man growled at me and nodded. Two other cat species which I identified as a Leopard and Jaguar stepped out of the crowd. Both were females, and they seemed to cling to the lion.
He whispered something into the ear of the Leopard and she giggled and nodded. She began to walk toward me, and as I tried to move, I couldnt. She put her hand on my shoulder and giggled. She then took off her fake muzzle and said in my ear with a bitchy-queen-bee-like voice, "Come with me." I nodded and I could suddenly move my feet, so I followed her into what was probably the dressing room. It had various animal skins strewn on clothing racks. She turned and looked at me. "Let's see..." She mumbled, tapping her finger on her chin. Suddenly her eyes tyrned as neon green as the room, and she seemed to scan me. I could feel her stare as though it was water that drenched me. I could feel her gaze move up and down my body.
She gasped and fell into a bow. "My queen, Oh great Flare!" She said breathlessly as though I was her idol. "What are you? What do you mean? Wait, where am I?!" I asked, suddenly finding my voice. "Please stand up!" I said with a slight urgency laced into my voice. What am I doing here? And how is this going to help me save Allison?
The Leopard girl stood up abruptly and said in a scared voice, "You are in the Looking Glass of course, miss. Well, in the animal spirit section. You can find your friend roaming around here, somewhere...she is always looking for you. I am a Leopard spirit, and my name is Nimuea. I mean that you are very powerful, and great, and beautiful, and brave, and-" I stopped her by raising my hand. "What didbthe Lion guy mean when he said It is time to suit you up." I asked, immitating his voice. Nimuea giggled and said, "It is time to get you dressed." I nodded. "This wont hurt, right?!" I asked her. She giggled again and shook her head. "I need to give you this though..." She stated taking a white liquid off of a table. It looked like milk so I took the Vail. I took a sip and noticed that it does not taste like milk at all. I gasped when a Too Familiar feeling took over, and I felt tired. Nimuea walked over to me briskly and caught me as I fell onto the world of dreams and the floor. The last thing I saw was her wicked chessier cat grin... . . .

I woke up and felt different. I felt as though I had makeup on my face, and when I looked down, I was wearing a dark blue dress. (Look above)
I walked up to a mirror in the dressing room. I gasped. I looked sort of like a wolf. My hair was straightened and it flowed down my back. . . . I was inside the green room again. I looked for the lion guy and found him with Nimuea on his lap. I rolled my eyes at the fact that she was throwing herself onto him, just to get noticed, when he barely gave her a second glance.
Just as I got close to him, my arm was tugged on. I turned and saw the most normal thing in the evening...A boy... dressed like a black and blue swan. He was taller than me, so I had to look up at him. He looked freakishly like Newt. I gasped. He put his finger to his lips as if to shush me. Then he took my hand and led me out of the crowd. . . . He led me into a room that looked like a library. Except it had more globes and maps then a normal library should have. He closed the door behind him, and threw his arms around me. "Newt?!" I questioned. He nodded and tears began to stream down his face. I clutched him and tears began to stream down my face as well, washing away makeup. I had blue all over my shoulder and he had white all over his.
I stayed in his warm arms. I miss the feeling. Then, I remebered Peter. I pushed the thought away, rememebering what he really wanted. Pan may be broken, but he is inside of Peter, and Peter wants what Pan wants.
I pulled away and asked with a voice hoarse from crieng, "What are you doing here? I never knew you were a spirit." He chuckled lightly. "Yeah...well...I'm actually a black swan. I believe this is because I am a shadow. Had I been a reflection...maybe I would be a swan...but white is overrated." He joked. I smiled and laughed slightly, tears falling out of my eyes because I never thought we would have this moment again. "Your back." I spoke as the tears intestified. "Your really here!" I cried and threw my arms around him again. He rubbed my back. "Shh" He coed. "Dont cry, love." He whispered. "I'm here." He said. I nodded. "So, your only human when you are here." I asked. "Yeah." He said. "You sort of brought me with you when you wore your bracelet." He said. I gasped. My bracelet. The one that Newt made for me. I always wore it. I looked down on my wrist and there it was.

He had fused together a peice of gold the was a part of something brought up be the Box, back in the Glade. . . . Newt ran toward me with a smile on his face. He was my best friend. He listened to me whenever I needed to talk. "Faith! Faith! Look!!! Here-" He halted right infront of me almost smacking into me and held out his hand. "I made it for you." He blushed. It was a golden band. It looked like a bracelet. I smiled and hugged him. He took the bracelet and put it on me with a big smile. "Faith...I wanted to tell you this since the first time I saw you...I...Um...I well...I dont like being just friends-" He stuttered. I was about to take a big risk, but before he could say anything else, I slammed my lips into his. He kissed back quickly, and I couldnt help but smile into the kiss... And that was the begining of a relationship that battled panic attaks and suicide... . . . I smiled at the thought of how I first got it. Then a cold feeling spread through my body, as I realized why I came here in the first place. "Allison." I sighed. "I need to go. Can you come with me?" I asked. He nodded. "I know what you need to do, and I know what you have been through." His face turned red as though in anger. "I will murder Pan as soon as I can get to him." He seethed through clenched teath. I shook my head. "It's ok! I can do it myself, infact, I would rather do it myself." The thought of how Peter only pretended to kiss me because he wanted to have my heart...litteraly...
"Let's go the." Said Newt, and took my hand. He led me back into the neon green room, and through the crowd. He led me out of it, then down a stairwell. He stopped after we stepped into another hall of mirrors. "Ready?" He asked. I nodded. "Ready."
Whoosh! And that is the end for today! This is the longest chapter written by me. This was kinda inspired by The Ugly Duckling by Thomas Brodie Sangster. He is the guy at the very top in his black swan costume. I hope you enjoyed it!!! I cried and laughed when Faith did. It is ironic actually how a author usually feels what their characters feel...or maybe it's just me.
