Clang! Thwack! Crash!
Clang! Thwack! Crash!
Those were the sounds that rang through the morning. Those were the sounds that I made while practicing in the arena.
When I woke up, I got dressed and headed to the kitchen where I was greated by Frypan who reluctantly made me pancakes for breakfast. After they were finished, I took an impromptu walk and ended up in the training area.
Now, I was killing the new dummy for no apparent reason...
All of the things that happened in the Looking Glass were hidden away to the shadows of my head, and I had to continually push them away.
He made his choice! He didnt want to go with you!
I mentally scolded myself.
Crash!
Finnaly the dummy gave up, and I stood in the middle of the training area staring at my dead opponent. The way that the stuffing spilled out of the dummy made it look so much like blood, that I almost ran to get the doctor...

I was waken from my trance when a very bed-headed Chris stumbled into the clearing.
"Goodnmorning" He slurred. I smiled at him.
"Good morning to you to." I greeted.
"So? What brings you here so early?" He questioned, no longer slurring his words.
"Well...I sort of miss training, and I havnt picked up a sword for a long time...so I headed over to here." I explained. Leaving out the part where I came to take out my anger on a training dummy.
As though he read my thoughts, Chris stated,
"And to take out your anger for the Looking Glass on my friend Mathew here." He walked up to the dummy and patted it's head that lay on the dirt floor.
I nodded solemnly. Chris had the ability to know what I was feeling, and read my thoughts in the process.
He sighed. "Of course...something happens, and we take it out on the dummy." He said. I laughed slightly at that.
"So...what did I miss while I was was in the Looking Glass buisy getting my heart ripped out of me?" I asked only half sarcastically, recalling a certain moment from my journey in the Looking Glass.
Chris shrugged. "Not much...just a 'See ya later alligator' party from Peter. Let me tell you, Frypan really outdid himself with the chicken legs." Chris laughed.
I nodded slowly.
"What about the pirates?" I questioned.
"Did they come back?" I added.
Chris shook his head.
"Luckily, no." I nodded.
After a couple of minuted that we spent in silence, I spoke up.
"This is really awkward." I said glumly.
"Yeah." Repied Chris. I nodded.
"Ok...so, I wanted to check up on you, and now that I know you are ok...I guess I'll go." He said. I nodddd again and gave him a closed-tight-lip smile. He then gave a small wave and turned around. He walked away from me just like that.
When did this happen? When did Chris and I have nothing to talk about? I sighed to myself. Neverland changed both of us. Or, maybe it was just that we grew up and grew appart on the island of immortality. How odd.
Clang! Craccckkk!
Rang through the training area.
I stopped mid swing when I heard a familiar laugh. Peter. "Someone's angry." He observed. I smiled to myself and shrugged. When I turned around to answer him, I found myself staring at an empty clearing that was used for racing.
A pair of strong arms wrapped themselves around my waist from behind. I almost cut them off with my weapon.
"Woah! Careful there, love!" Peter laughed. I scoffed and leaned into his chest.
By now, I was not surprised by the missing heartbeat. Then, I remembered what happened in the Looking Glass. The way that I fell for Peter's trick so quickly. How I nearly lost my heary for real.
I pulled myself out of Peter's grasp. "Dont do that." I said quietly. My back still to him. "Do what?" He asked from behind me. Then, he put my hair over my left shoulder and kissed my neck from the right side.
I leaned my head to give him more access. His kissed effectively scattered my thoughts and I almost forgot why I stepped forward in the first place. "Peter. Stop." I said breathlessly. I felt him smirk against my neck. "Why?" He asked.
I stepped forward again. "Because I...I...Because...Well...Just...
JUST DONT DO IT? OK?!" I shouted in frustration. I could feel his smirk fade.
"What did you see in the Glass?" He asked calmly. "Faith, what did you see? TELL ME!" He shouted. I cringed.
Peter appeared infront of me. He exhaled loudly and seemed to calm down slightly. He put his hands on my shoulders. "Please tell me." He whispered. I nodded.
"Just please, not here." I said, looking in his eyes. He nodded and suddenly I felt a warm wind rise. Green smoke eveloped Peter and I.
It smelled like the a forest. The forest on Neverland to be exact. It smelled like Peter.
.

We appeared in Peter's cabin. So many memories took place here...
"Can you tell me now?" He asked. I nodded and took a deep breath, only to let it out.
Here goes nothing.
