Niall's POV

Beep, Beep, Beep

What is that noise? I slowly get up and push the red button on my alarm clock, I grunt and remember today is the first day of school.

I sigh, and head to my unused bathroom and look at my reflection. Messy blonde hair, ugly teeth, ugly body, ugly everything.

I grab my toothbrush angrily and brush my teeth, comb my hair, and change into my favorite Nirvana band shirt. Pleased with my outfit, I finally go through the staircase and join my family for breakfast.

"Are you ready for the first day of school Niall?" My mom asks handing me a stack of pancakes, I give a slight nod and stuff the food into my mouth.

"Bro, don't be nervous, you'll make friends, and maybe get a girl...huh?" Greg says bumping his elbow into me and giving me a wink.

"Umm yeah, hahaha i'll try to get a...girl." I say nervously.

"Son, Greg is taking you to school, ok?" My dad says handing me juice.

"Yeah okay." My dad gives me a nod and goes off to work. Greg gives me a pat in the back and I turn my chair.

"Leaving in 5" He says and walks away. I sigh, put my plates in the sink and get my backpack. I stuff my new journals, pens and pencils and slide it on my back.

I walk outside and enter the black Range Rover, my brother owns. I sit back and wait for Greg to come out and drive me to school, I close my eyes, put my earphones in and listen to Nirvana.

I hear the door open and see Greg smiling softly at me and enters the car, I smile and close my eyes once again. The car ride to school was 10 minutes, and when I finally feel the engine stop, the butterflies in my tummy come back.

I slowly undo my seat belt and straighten up. Greg turns to me and puts his hands on my shoulders.

"Niall it's going to be fine, don't worry little bro." He says ruffling my hair, I give him a quick hug, fix my hair and step out of the car. I see Greg give me a nod, and swiftly drive away, I wait until his car is out of sight before I step into the school grounds.

The first thing I see is a big green sign which reads 'Welcome To Green Grove High School' I sigh and push the heavy doors, I take a look around and I had no words. The floor was polished white, I looked down and saw my reflection. Looking forward I saw a long hallway, with bright green lockers and dark green walls. I looked to the right and saw a sign saying '1st years' along with a dark green tiled floor.

Looking next to that I saw a sign that read '2nd years' with a hallway that had grass green tiled floor.

Looking to my left I saw two more hallways with a 3rd year sign and 4th year sign. I walked to my left slowly, and entered the 4th years hallway, I stepped on the green floor and went to the 4th years hallway.
