Chapter 31:Selfishness

"H-Hee Ra?" I stuttered still can't believe that she's just standing right in front of me. "What are you doing here?" I asked with my brows furrowed together.

"I just said that I'm here to pick you up, aren't you listening?" She retorted sassily with an arched eyebrow. From me she shifted her eyes to Youngjae and beamed him her infamous creepy smile, "You told me to stay and wait outside and you'll just call Daehyun to come out then minutes later I suddenly heard a familiar gay argument." She paused and her creepy smile became wider. "Wow Youngjae, thank you so much that's so nice of you making me wait outside. Do you know how hot the weather outside, hm?"

Too much sarcasms detected.

"Well...Uhm...that's....ok." Youngjae sighed in defeat, "I don't have any excuses for that. I'm sorry Lee Hee Ra-the-great!" He bowed ninety degrees then raised his head with a big grin. Hee Ra just rolled her eyes in returned.

We used to call her that way to tease her back in middle school because well, if you still didn't notice she's great, as in really great in any aspects. But please exclude ball games especially basketball she sucks, really sucks.

Someone suddenly cleared his throat getting our attentions, "I'm still here, you know?" Baekhyun sassed as he flipped his non existing long hair.

"No one cares." Youngjae snorted gaining a nudge from Baek, "Aw!" He reacted while caressing his side.

"Oh hi there Baek!" Hee Ra chirped, "Nice hit anyways." She raised a thumbs up then smirked evilly at the not so amused Youngjae. Baekhyun on the other hand shrugged proudly while wearing his infamous rectangular smile. And again the 'gay-fight' started and there's Hee Ra busy laughing over those two pabo.

But this Hee Ra that's in front of me now was the Hee Ra I know back then who laughs in everything even to the most lamest thing. That laughs and smiles are very familiar to me.

What the hell did just happened to her?

After being stone on the same spot where I was standing since I saw Hee Ra I finally got a grip on myself and walked towards her.

"Hey" I piped up, she looked up at me with the same freud smile.

"Hey" she replied.

"Can you wait for me? Just give me five minutes, I'll just talk to them and then change." I told her and she cocked her head to the side with her eyebrows knitted together.

"You sure? You know I can just wait until your practice ends. I'm not in hurry anyways." She response and again forcing the same smile. I really hate seeing that smile.

I shook my head in disagreement, "Five minutes." I stated before she can argue back again. Then I grabbed Baekhyun and Youngjae by the collars of their shirts towards the other side of the court and called the others.

Tss. She's really stubborn as always.

As we heard a whistle most of us collapsed on the floor while others were on their knees panting.

"Good job everybody! Let's end here for now." Our coach announced.

Finally, practice is over.

Daehyun immediately left with Hee Ra after calling a short meeting, talking to our coach, and then changing. That rascal is so unfair! He's our team captain he should be here until everyone of us leaves! I'll surely kick him when I see him.

"Hey Jae," Baekhyun who's sitting beside me piped up. I looked at him and raised an eyebrow, "Is Dae and Hee Ra ok?" He asked.

"What do you mean?" I answered him with a question.
