The Beginning of The Army

17. Execution

Jade -

"Jade, tell me who is here." Obi-wan said, looking straight at me in the eyes.

"You'll find out soon enough." I told him, a smirk on my face.

I saw in my visions that Padmé and Anakin had come to Geonosis to try and rescue us but they wouldn't succeed, my visions didn't go passed that.

I rolled my eyes, why were they here? Why did he let Padmé come with him. Although, Padmé was probably the one that made Anakin come here, she had that strong sense of will.

Then, a few bugs came in with handcuffs, I rolled my eyes and as they came over to undo the force field binding me.

I looked down as they did it, trying to get them to think something was wrong with me by lowering my head. They spoke to each other in a few clicks and mumbles, it was the Geonosian language.

I fell to the ground on my knees and shook out my wrist before jumping up and doing the splits in the air, kicking them both in the head. I still had handcuffs on me so I wrapped the chain part around the third one's neck and choked him until he passed out.

I was about to go towards Obi-wan and undo his bindings as well but a red glowing lightsaber set in front of my face and I remained still. I could feel the heat radiated off of it, it was so close to my nose.

"Blindfold her." Count Dooku's voice said as I turned my head and looked at him.

I raised my eyebrows, "So you had nothing to do with this, huh?"

He only smirked, "You still have much to learn my young Jedi."

The blindfold went over my eyes and I had to trust my senses to keep me from tripping over anything or running into any walls as they escorted us out of the walls.

They replaced the Forcefield bindings with real metal handcuffs and put Obi-wan and I onto a small carriage. One of the bugs flew up and took the blindfold off my head roughly, pulling a few hairs.

Obi-wan was standing right next to me, "Why would you even try that?"

I looked out of the big entrance in front of us into a huge arena. "Hey, if I had my lightsabers I could've taken Dooku." I told Obi-wan, being cocky.

He just laughed at me, "sure you could." He said sarcastically.

I saw Count Dooku standing up on a ledge overlooking the arena and smiled, "I might get the chance..." I looked around the stadium at the thousands of bugs cheering and flying around, "A fancy way to execute people."

He smiled, "The Geonosians have been known for their games."

I chuckled as the carriage started moving and we were brought out of the dark room and into the sunny stadium.

We ended up in the middle of the arena next to four large and tall stone poles all lined up next to each other. I sun was burning hot and wind was flying slowly which made warm sand touched my body.

They put us on opposite ends of the pole line. He was on the very right and I was on the very left. They had maybe four feet in between them. When we first got out of the dark room, the Geonosians were cheering for us, not specifically us, our deaths.

One of the bugs shoved me off the carriage causing me to stumble slightly. I glared straight at him as he led me to the pole and took my handcuffs, raising them above my head, and connecting them to a chain hanging from the top of the pole.

I decided to use this time to relax my body. I assumed us and the crowd were waiting for the two other prisoners, Anakin and Padmé to start the execution.
