I am so damn hot.
That thought flurried through my mind first thing when I woke up. My body was engulfed by an immense heat like I was trapped in a furnace set on high.
Why the fuck am I so hot?
I went to move my arm to throw the covers off of my sweating body when I realized that there weren't any covers over the top half of my body.
Instead, there was an arm wrapped firmly around my torso acting as a vice grip. I soon realized that the heat I was feeling was coming from the chest pressed against my back and the leg that was swung over my own, resting and trapping me against another body. Nathans body.
Well, someone likes to cuddle.
With the realization that it was, in fact, Nathan's sleeping form pressed against my body creating the heat waves flowing through me, I suddenly found that I couldn't care less.
I could feel his even breathing fanning across the back of my neck and the memories of last night came flooding back into my mind and the biggest of grins rose up onto my lips.
With a rush of glee flowing through my body, I twisted myself over until I came nose to nose with Nathans incredibly handsome, completely peaceful, sleeping face.
His lips were parted, his breath moving between them at an even pace. My fingers twitched with the desire to run themselves through his wild combination of sex and bed hair.
He looked so tranquil, so relaxed and content. But I was awake and feeling supremely playful and giddy and I needed some company so I decided it was time for him to wake up.
So, being the loving girlfriend that I was, I reached my hand out and traced my fingers over his warm, stubble covered cheek.
Then I flicked the tip of his nose.
Nathans eyes flew open and I was greeted with their deep sapphire beauty that was swirling with a mixed of surprise and sleep.
"What the hell was that for?" Nathan asked, his voice thick with sleep and deeper than normal, which my hormones were definitely taking notice to.
"It was your wakeup call," I answered back innocently.
"I don't think I remember asking for a wakeup call," he grumbled as he looped both of his arms around my waist and dragged me flush up against his chest. "And if I did, I don't think I would have asked for something so violent to wake me up."
"It wasn't violent! It was a love tap." My lips had now drawn up into a playful smile, my eyes shining into his.
Nathans nuzzled his head into my neck to stifle his laughter. "That's a pathetic excuse for a love tap."
Then I found myself being rolled onto my back as Nathan propelled his body over top of mine and rested his full weight on top of my considerably smaller frame. He looked down at me with a smolder, his eyebrows cocked upwards.
"Why can't you just be like all the other girlfriends in the world and wake me up with a kiss?"
"Because then I would be boring and you wouldn't love me as much." I answered confidently.
Nathans eyes narrowed teasingly as he held my stare. "Good answer."
Laughter sputtered from my lips when he dropped his head back down into the crook of my neck, releasing the last bit of his weight onto my body.
"What are you doing? You're suffocating me!" I tried to work my hands in between his chest and mine to push him off but his weight and strength were far too much for my weak hands to handle.
