Plot: Shawn takes Cameron to an amusement park

Shawn's POV
I was sitting on my bed thinking about Cameron and me. Yeah I may have grown a crush on my bestfriend, but he doesn't know that. I've only known him for 2 years now and he doesn't know I'm gay and I'm afraid to tell him bc he might leave me. I was interrupted from my thoughts when I heard the door bell ring. I went downstairs to go open the door to see Cameron there.
"Hey, come in" I said looking up at him moving out the way so he can come in.(pretend that cam is Shawn's height and vise versa)
"Hey Muffin what are you doing?" He says walking in and then sitting on the couch. He calls me muffin bc I like muffins 😋.
"I was just thinking in my room" I say sitting next to him Turning on the TV. SpongeBob was on. I wasn't really paying attention to the TV, once again my mind wandered to Cameron and I. Maybe I should take him to the amusement park on Wednesday as a "date".
"Hey, Cammy what are you doing Wednesday?"I said looking at him.
"nothing why?" He said not taking his eyes off the tv.
"Because I was wondering if you wanted to go to Kings Dominion with me and Matthew? (this is the only amusement park where I live)
"I would like to go! Can I bring Johnson?"
"yeah of course you can" Matthew and Johnson are my bestfriends. We've known each other for 6 years now. Yes they know I'm gay and I have a crush on cam. I text matt and tell him the news
To Matty💦😋: MATTTTTT!!!! GUESS WHAT!!
From matty💦😋: WHATT!
To Matty💦😋: Cam is going with us to Kings Dominion and he's bringing Johnson
From matty💦😋: sweet! Are you going to tell cam?
To matty💦😋: idk if I should or not. I'm kind of scared to. Like what if he doesn't want to be friends with me anymore? Then what will I do?
From matty💦😋: he wouldn't leave. Shawn if he doesn't like you for you then he shouldn't be your friend.
To matty💦😋: okay I think I'll tell him
From matty💦😋: bye shawny. Love you
To matty💦😋: bye love you
I lock my phone and see its 9:15 pm. I ask cam if he wants to spend the night and he said sure without looking up from his phone. I wonder what he's doing?

Cams POV
I CAN'T BELIEVE SHAWN ASKED ME TO GO WITH HIM TO KINGS DOMINION! I say in my head. What Shawn doesn't know that I like him and that I'm gay. Only Matt and Johnson know that I am, and that I like shawn. I saw shawn typing away on his phone. I decided to text Johnson
To Jj😎🙈: OMG GUESS WHERE WE GOING WEDNESDAY!!!
From Jj😎🙈: WHERE?!?
To jj😎🙈: to kings dominion with Shawn and Matt
From jj😎🙈: as an date....or just to hangout?
To Jj😎🙈: honestly I hope it's a date for me and him but I think it's just to hangout
From jj😎🙈: aww cam your crushing hard😂
To Jj😎🙈: I am not but anyways I think I'm gonna tell him at the park but idk if he still wants to be friends afterwards.
From jj😎🙈: good for you cam trust me I think Shawn will still want to be friends.
To Jj😎🙈: you really think so?
From Jj😎🙈: yep but look cam I gtg ttyl
To Jj😎🙈: okay bye Jj
I heard Shawn asking me if I wanted to stay over and i said yeah then I realized I had no clothes to wear for tomorrow bc tomorrow is when we are going to Kings Dominion. So I texted my mom to bring some clothes over to Shawn's house. She said she'll be here in 15 mins.
"My mom is bringing me some clothes for tomorrow" I said locking my phone and putting it in my pocket.
"Okay that's fine, Do you wanna go upstairs to watch some movies?" He asked me.
"Yeah you can set everything my mom texted me
Saying she almost here with my clothes".
"Okay see you in a bit" Shawn said running upstairs. There was a knock at the door, I figured it was my mom so I opened the door to see her there.
"Hey sweetie here's your clothes" she said handing my clothes.
"Thanks mom"
"Bye cam I got to go to work early tomorrow"
"Okay bye mom love you" I said hugging her.
"Bye love you too"she said as she walked to the door of her car. I watched her backout of the drive way and drive down the streets. I shut the door and locked it. Then I headed upstairs to Shawn. He had the movie The Maze Runner on. I can't get over the fact that Newt looks like Jj. Sometimes I like to mess with him and call him Newt.
I changed into my pj's and got in the bed with Shawn. Halfway through the movie I heard soft snores and I saw that Shawn was asleep. I turned of the movie and fell asleep. I kiss Shawn good night.
