We all have a hair regimen and we all have slack off on it , even if it was once. I slack off a lot when it comes to my hair. Sometimes its due to laziness and sometimes where just too busy ,but here is two ways to maintain your hair's health and length while not maintaining your hair maintainance regimen.

Tip 1: make one item for growth constant throughout your journey. Make sure it's something easy to do that way u won't slack off. My item of choice is my hair vitamins. They are easy to take and not time consuming.

Tip 2: make one item for moisturizing constant throughout your journey. Dry hair equals more possibility for breakage , breakage equals less length and no natural wants dry , damage, stagnant hair. My item of choice is the cantu deep treatment mask. I use this as my regular moisturizer (meaning that I do not wash it out) . I find it super moisturizing and after a couple months of using it I don't even bother with deep conditioning anymore (but that just my personal option because my hair responds to the cantu that well).
I do this once a week on weekends , detangle my hair and add a protective style. This serves me for the whole week. This is easy because I only have to do it once a week in my own free time. I must add that I do not take down or let my hair flow free (twist out, braid outs etc) during the week because the humidity dries my hair easily and i'm too lazy to remoisturize during the week. I will however do those style on weekends.

You do not have to use the cantu deep treatment mask to also moisturize your hair, I find that water base moisturizing product containing Shea butter as its main ingredient is pretty much very moisturizing.

I slack off on most of my hair regimen like the garlic, ginger honey wash, protein treatment and aloe treatment but those two items I do not slack off on and my hair seems to be healthy and growing so I could say it works.
My hair does grow faster when I maintain my full regimen but none the less my hair still grows.
Even though we might slack off a couple times its always best to try and maintain our full hair regimen.

In the next chapter I will update you on how I use aloe to make my hair appear a little blacker and a next benefit that it has on your hair.
