Its my Hair Anniversary. I feel so proud of myself for reaching my one year and also my hair length is exactly where my one year hair length goal was set at.
This achievement encouraged me to start a hair challenge with you guys.
I wish to reach armpit length in 6 months. Can I do it? Hopefully I will.

Current length:
Front: 7"
right Side: 6 ½"
Left side: 6 ½"
Left Back: 7"
Right back: 7"
Middle: 6 ½"

Now I really don't know how many inches my hair will take to each armpit length but i'm guessing it will be in the teens.

How will I achieve this goal:
I will have a steady but simple regimen.
I will endlessly treat my hair for 2 months, protective style (to retain more length) for 3 months and treat my hair for the 1 month that will be remaining.

2 MONTHS TREATMENT:
I only wash my hair every two weeks so I'll only have to treat my hair 4 different times.

First two weeks: aloe dye

One month: ginger , garlic honey wash. I will be adding onion to the wash as well since onion is said to reduce hair loss. I'm not shedding hair but i'm trying to reduce the amount that will shed naturally.

Third two weeks: same wash as the one month

Two months: aphogee protein treatment

After the two months of caring for my hair a protective style will be put in. The chose of protective style is yarn wrap. I will have someone install these for me and I will keep them in for 3 months.

After the 3 months is up and i take down the yarn warp , i will steam my hair with my Cantu Deep Treatment Masque (the one that I use as my daily moisturizer. The masque really keeps my hair moisturized and since my hair will be without moisture for a full 3 months I only see it best to steam my hair with masque immediately after taking down the yarn wrap.
The day after I will do my protein treatment with the aphogee protein treatment and then two weeks after I will to the ginger ,honey, garlic wash with onion.
The following two weeks after that I will do the aloe dye.

I hope you guys will join me on this challenge and even if your goal isn't to reach BSL then its still a great way to get some inches.

Sorry for updating so late, my schedule was really hectic but I really want to get back on track so next week I will update you on how to do a two strand twist, inform you on why it's an excellent base style and teach you how to moisturize your hair without taking down your twist.
