"I'm sorry. I really am, but listen tell Hazel to visit Dad. He's under attack and the only people he can't hurt his children. I swear after this is over I will come back and tell you everything. Just tell Hazel. I'm going to meet her there" Nico assured. "Okay. Just hurry back. I miss you" Leo said. "Good bye Repair Boy" Nico smiled. "Bye Death Breath" Leo waved his hand through the mist. He ran to the Aphrodite cabin where she was staying. "Hazel! Nico said it's time you pay a visit to your dad. He's going to meet you there" Leo said. "Pluto?" Hazel stood up, with concern spreading across her golden eyes, which Leo had always found extremely attractive but Nico's dark brown eyes had always melted his heart. "I'm assuming, but aren't there kingdoms- nevermind. Stupid Leo" He decided to exit the premises before he made an even bigger fool of himself. He heard Hazel rustling for her sword that was literally long enough to touch the ground. She left the cabin, taking out what looked to be a teal smoke pearl. "Pluto's palace!" She quivered, then smash the pearl at her feet.
Nico was waiting at the gates of Pluto's palace, twirling his sword. "I'm glad you're alive" She said. "Me too. I thought I would have to jump off a bridge" Nico said sadly. "Why?" Hazel asked. "My uh... My abilities started being weird. Anything I thought about died. Lets just say Demeter and I, not friends. I killed literally an entire field of daffodils. Anyways, Jupiter cut off power to Pluto's helm of darkness so Hades' is getting messed with too" Nico explained. "That sucks. For once I'm glad I don't have those abilities" Hazel was always good in a bad situation because she was so happy and bubbly. "So how do we fix it?" Hazel asked. "I was thinking ask Jason to talk to his Dad" Nico suggested. "Right. I'll go IM him" Hazel said. She walked to a corner and pulled out her flashlight and water bottle. While she did that Nico cleaned his sword on his jeans. "Jason said that all we had to do was say this spell. His dad did it all the time on Jason's ivlis before it was destroyed. Real pain but undoable" Hazel handed Leo a latin spell. "Weird that greeks and romans use latin spells huh?" Nico asked as they walked up to the palace. "Latin is a more intelligent language but easier to speak from an english tongue" Hazel informed him. "You've been spending too much time with Annabeth. Speaking of, did Percy and Annabeth go back to Camp Jupiter?" Nico found it funny that they were speaking so normally in this odd situation. "Yes. They went back a few days ago. Wait is that the throne room?" Hazel pointed to a door. "Should be" Nico put his hand on the door knob. He opened it slowly, making sure it kept quiet. "The magic wall over there" Hazel pointed to a sheet that looked like ice. "item quod non mihi nocebit attollere umbraculum" Nico spoke raising his hands to the wall. "That gives me chills" Hazel laughed. Nico felt the coldness of his powers growing back over his hands. "Everything is back to normal" He informed her. Nico missed the warm tingle in his hands. He used to feel alive, now he just felt...dead. "Good. Leo has been missing you" Hazel smiled. "Leo. Hmm" Came a voice from behind them. "Jupiter" Nico's breath came out in a cold gasp. "Hazel leave" Jupiter touched her forehead and she disappeared. "What did you do?" Nico felt the air where she had been standing. "She's back at your beloved camp. We have business to do" Jupiter's grin sickened Nico to his core. "What kind of business?" Nico asked. "All sorts."
